Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end service operations, ensuring adherence to company service standards, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The manager will cultivate strong relationships with key customers, monitor service KPIs, and implement corrective actions where required. This role also involves leading, mentoring, and developing a team of service professionals, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and staying updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve service offerings.
