Leads SITECH’s sales department, including strategic planning, revenue growth, profitability, market expansion, customer acquisition, team development, manufacturer partnerships, inventory management, forecasting, compensation programs, and P&L oversight. The role develops business plans, manages key accounts and OEM relationships, negotiates pricing, drives sales performance, and coordinates with finance, credit, rental, and earthmoving teams. Travel to company, customer, and vendor locations may reach 50%.

Manages large, complex power systems projects from contract review through installation, commissioning, testing, training, and customer acceptance. Coordinates customers, subcontractors, vendors, sales, logistics, purchasing, schedules, budgets, invoicing, quality control, safety, and project profitability. The role requires substantial customer-site interaction and travel of up to 50% to data centers, construction sites, and marine projects.

Manage Caterpillar equipment supply pipelines for major accounts, coordinating production schedules, configurations, pricing, distribution, shipping logistics, vendors, freight carriers, and job sites. Prepares engineering submittals, responds to review comments, develops operation and maintenance manuals, maintains power-system drawing databases, and supports project managers on standby power, industrial engine, and marine projects. Requires up to 10% travel to customer meetings, vendor meetings, and jobsites.
