Notes :
Formed 1989 by bassist Peter Hook (New Order, Joy Division).
Members included fellow Manchester musicians Dave Hicks on guitar (from 1989-1991) and keyboardist Chris Jones. The group released one album on Factory, and later a posthumous live album.
The touring band included drummer Ash Taylor (1991 replaced by Mike Hedges) and second bassist/guitarist David Potts (becoming a full member after Hicks left) and Brian Whittaker on bass and guitar.
The band dissolved 1995, with Hook and Potts forming Monaco soon after.

I'm looking for untitled solo album from Mark Bandola, vocalist of 80's new wave/indie rock band The Lucy Show. Album was self released by Mark Bandola only on cassette for promo purposes, but was never officially released on any label.

 

Finally in 1992, Bandola released amazing debut single '''Til Tuesday EP'' for Nursery label.

Three tracks from unreleased album were included on this single.

WANTED: Giant Killers - Time Of Our Lives & In The End

 

 

Notes :

I'm looking for 90's UK indie rock band Giant Killers, formed by two members of Illustrious GY.

They released two singles in 1996 for MCA Records: ''Time Of Our Lives'' and ''In The End''.

Same year they released four track CD Album sampler. Probably album was recorded but never officially released. It will be great to find copy of this untitled album.

Railroad Earth were formed in 1988 in Guildford, Surrey, UK. In 1992, they changed their name to Ringo and released their only album ''Call It Home'' for American label Dog Gone.

Debut single for Illustrious GY, baggy influenced "Dreaming" from 1991, at this period they called themselves only as Illustrious.
Illustrious GY. was a early 90's indie band from Grimsby/UK, best known for their hit single '20 Questions (No No No)'. They signed a major record contract with Arista/BMG in 1991 and released three singles and one album in 1993.

After Illustrious GY, vocalist Jamie Wortley and keyboard player Michael Brown formed another band called Giant Killers and released two singles ''Time Of Our Lives'' and ''In The End'', both in 1995 for MCA Records. Also they released CD single in 1996 called ''Album Sampler'' but apparently album was never released because there is no info on Discogs.
There is video on youtube for ''Time Of Our Lives'' and it sounds great.
