Stamped Vellum Birthday Card

 Greetings!

Chris here! Today I am excited to share to elegant Happy Birthday Card.
In my family, January and February are loaded with feminine birthdays!
What a better way to beat the winter blues than with a bouquet of flowers!
Even Stamped ones!

 This card uses:

Start by stamping your image on Vellum.  Let the ink dry then flip your vellum to the back side and color your image. (I used alcohol markers)

As you can see it creates a subtle colored image!

Layer you image onto your Blank Page Muse Sweet Passion 6x6 inch sheets Paper Pack designed by Pam Bray .  Hint I only used adhesive in the corners and then added Pearl gems to hide the adhesive.

I hope you are inspired to get creative with your stamps and papers from Blank Page Muse and I Brake For Stamps.  Don't forget to use my discount code BPMChris.

This Card uses:

The grin is just so fun!

Start by stamping your Giraffe image from I Brake For Stamps Animals onto your stamping paper.  Color as desired.

Using your scissors, cut out your stamped giraffe. I did leave a little tab at the bottom of my image to make it easier to tuck him in behind my papers.

In some way or the other, Karen has been crafting most of her life. It all started at a very young age when her  Grandmother and Aunt taught her proficiently in hand embroidery.  Her hubby of 38+ years is a retired Police Officer and Karen is a retired Office Manager for the County.  My blog is where she shares all of her art.  She looks forward to meeting new friends and to taking some of my older blog friends with me on her new creative journey.

Lyneen has lived in Bremerton, WA 24 years with her awesome husband and their terribly spoiled schnauzer Lilly. Currently she works part-time in a local scrapbook store where she also teaches classes.
Lyneen's earliest memories of creating, include making gifts with her mom, sisters and brother. Since her father was an architect, she would doodle buildings with columns like those in his BIG books.  Later she started scrapbooking with what she had before there were beautiful papers and ephemera. Give her an idea and she will come up with a way to create it.
She can work magic from almost nothing. Her  studio is filled with everything imaginable from hardware store finds to the stacks of paper, stamps, vintage photos and postcards, flowers and chipboard, tools mediums and to much more that she has “collected” over the years!
She enjoys stamping, scrapbooking, mixed media, altered art, collecting vintage treasures and photography.

We are excited to show you how you can incorporate
rubber stamping into a variety of mixed media designs!

This includes categories like: art journaling, scrapbooks, jewelry, fabric art, collage, mixed mediums  and more!
We will provide inspiration for you to use in your everyday life, home, office and gift giving idea's!

Stenciled Holiday Gift Bag

Today I am excited to share this quick and easy gift bag I created that would be perfect for any holiday gift!  This project was so fun to create and would be easy to create several for your gifting needs.

To recreate this gift bag you will need the following:

Blank Page Muse Supplies

Penguins on Ice Winter Holiday Rubber Stamp Sheet

The Crafter's Workshop 6005 Slimline Layered Christmas Tree Truck Stencil

Other Supplies: White Gift Bag,  distress Inks, archival inks, low tack painters tape

Start by securing your gift bag to your work surface with low tack painter's tape.  Notice that your The Crafter's Workshop 6005 Slimline Layered Christmas Tree Truck Stencil has 3 different layers on your stencil.  One for each color of ink you will be using.

Add black or brown ink over the bottom layer of your stencil.

Carefully lift stencil to reveal your first layer of your truck.  Carefully clean both sides of your stencil before you start the next layer.
Using the alignment marks, layer the section portion of the stencil over your bottom layer.

Add your ink to color your truck.  This is perfect because you can customize your truck colors.

Look how pretty the truck looks!

After cleaning your stencil to prevent accidental ink transfer, layer the top layer of your stencil over image.

Add green distress inks to color your tree.

Look how pretty the finished image is!

Using your greeting from Penguins on Ice Winter Holiday Rubber Stamp Sheet stamp your holiday greeting onto your bag!

Carefully remove your tape and your bag is ready to be filled with your gift!

I hope you are inspired to get creative with your stamps and papers from Blank Page Muse and I Brake For Stamps.  Don't forget to use my discount code BPMChris.
