Just found this one - it´s the bill from our new swing and makes us a family :-)
We´re on holiday, btw and I am about to pay for a ring for the first time in my life (the joys of being a daughter and sister of Optometrists and Goldsmiths).
Whew... will I really do it?

Nope - pic is to come tomorrow - a ring just for me - and Ingo offered to buy it for me, too. But... nah. From me to me :-)
Thanks to my Mum we will never ever marry... She was about to leave us and stayed due to marriage, not due to love.
And this was wrong.
I wanna be with "my man" due to love only.

Hehe yes it would be sad if you had to pay for your own engagement ring! But at least you'd get something you'd like ;)
I understand that it's not a piece of paper that proves love - there are all sorts of wrong reasons for getting married after all. But don't let the example of another person's marriage turn you off if you decide that's what you want one day. In just 3 years of marriage, I've found out that it's the promises you made to stick together through the hard times that keep you together and not just warm fluffy feelings of love. That's not necessarily a bad thing.

Yep, that´s true, too. Hard times glue people who love each other together, too.
Saying this waiting for sick Spouse to get up! Toothache, ahhhhh.
