 "Man Alive" is a song by Australian rock musician Diesel. It was included on his debut album, Hepfidelity (1992). It peaked at number 20 in Australia and 25 in New Zealand. In 1993, it was released in the United Kingdom on Parlophone Records.

 "I've Been Loving You Too Long" (originally "I've Been Loving You Too Long (To Stop Now)") is a soul music ballad written by Otis Redding and Jerry Butler. Considered by music critics and writers to be one of Redding's finest performances and a soul classic, it is a slow, emotional piece with Redding's pleading vocals backed by producer Steve Cropper's arpeggiated guitar parts and a horn section.

In 1992 Australian musician, Diesel recorded the song for his ARIA Chart number 1 album, The Lobbyist (1993). It was released as the third and final single and peaked at number 41 on the Australian ARIA Chart on 29 November 1993.

Wilson Diesel - 1996 - I Can't Stand The Rain FLAC


 

 Short Cool Ones is a 1996 collaborative album by Wilson Diesel, (Chris Wilson and Johnny Diesel). The album consists mainly of blues covers, with one original track, "Other Man". It was co-produced by Doug Roberts, Wilson, and Diesel. They released two singles, "I Can't Stand the Rain" (March) and "Strange Love" (May). "I Can't Stand the Rain" reached #66 on the Australian charts.  Thanks to Sunny.

The song was nominated for two awards at the ARIA Music Awards of 1989, winning Best New Talent but losing Breakthrough Artist – Single to "That's When I Think of You" by 1927.

The discography of Mark Denis Lizotte (also known as Diesel and Johnny Diesel), an American-born Australian singer-songwriter. He has released fourteen studio albums, with a fifteenth scheduled for release in August 2020, as well as one live album and four compilation albums. He has won five ARIA Music Awards with three for 'ARIA Award for Best Male Artist' in 1993, 1994 and 1995.

Tina Turner, Jimmy Barnes with Diesel - 1992 - Simply The Best FLAC





"The Best" (often called "Simply the Best") is a song originally recorded by Bonnie Tyler on her 1988 album Hide Your Heart. In 1989, American singer and songwriter Tina Turner released a cover version that became a highly successful single. It was included on her hit album Foreign Affair. The saxophone solo on Turner's version is played by Edgar Winter. In 1992 Turner recorded "(Simply) The Best", a duet version of the song with Australian rock singer Jimmy Barnes, to promote that year's New South Wales Rugby League season in Australia. The single subsequently appeared on a limited edition bonus disc as part of the Australian release of her compilation album Simply the Best (1991).
