Sweater is the debut EP by Eskimo Joe, released in April 1998. The title track "Sweater" received plenty of airplay on Australian youth radio station Triple J, reaching #33 on Triple J's Hottest 100 of 1998. Sweater was said to have been influenced by fellow Perth band Turnstyle who returned the favour by writing their Top 20 ARIA hit "Spray Water on the Stereo" as a parody of Eskimo Joe.

It has been their most successful single to date: their first song to chart in the top ten of the ARIA Singles Chart (peaking at #6); spent 19 weeks in the top 20, and won Single of the Year at the ARIA Music Awards of 2006. It also made #2 on the Triple J Hottest 100, 2006.
