I've been using this for a week or so and it makes life easier. I'm new to this bottle warming routine and since I'm watching my newborn niece I need to thaw breastmilk for her feedings. The lower heat setting works great with the Medela freezer bags. It warms the milk without scorching it or causing concern with plastics getting into the milk. I just drop a bag in a little bit before a feeding and the Maxx Elite will thaw the milk and hold it at the perfect temperature until my little snuggly niece is ready for her meal. It also has a setting for sterilizing bottles, so I can use it for sterilizing not only bottles and nipples, but also breast pump parts. This is a handy little thing to have - as a mom and/or caregiver.
