Mikey the Fox

Sorry this isnt a good pic. Winds are blowing here so after the third time my card fell I gave up and just went with the one shot I had!LOL!

This is a card I made awhile back so Im going to TRY to remember all the details on it. I used TSB Mikey the Fox and colored him with copics. This is such a sweet image! I paired him with some We R Memory Keepers dp from the Grandmas kitchen line. I liked it when I paired it with the fox but now looking at it the card looks fallish to me which is why I havent posted it yet!LOL! What do you think? I also used my PTI large scallop border die on this card. Love it! I kept the embellishments simple as usual and just added some silver pearls and PTI fine linen ribbon. Okay thats its for me today..another short and sweet but Monday has kicked my tail! Have a great one!

Stamp Something Cute

Happy Friday!! Todays Stamp Something challenge is something cute. Our sponsor is Sugar Nellie who of course has SUPAH cute stamps! I got to play with a Leann Ellis image Fly Free. This image seemed springy to me so I colored the image to match the Twitterpated dp. I used this weeks Sunday sketch and stamp for my layout. Cinderella

Today I wanted to share a card with you I made a couple of weeks ago while my Mom and I got together to stamp. I love this sentiment from SU and I thought it would be cute to pair it with Sassy Studios Cinderella image. I had so much fun coloring this image!! Who doesnt love Cinderella?!LOL! I used some pretty MME glitter dp. I cant remember the name of it I think its called At Home (thats the disadvantage of splitting all my dp with Mom b/c she always cheats and keeps the pack with the name on it!LOL!). I also did some stitching on this one! Yay me! Although I did cover up a couple of places with some embellishments. Those *may* have been places where the stitching was messed up!LOL! I do LOVE how this turned out though. I added some sparkle to Cinderellas dress because she HAS to have some sparkle I mean come on...shes Cinderella!LOL! Have a great one!

Rainy Day Honey

I thought this card was appropriate for today since we had a rainy day today and will have another tomorrow. I have been wanting to use my PTI simply chartreuse cs and ribbon so I paired it with some blue cs from American Crafts tropical collection. Its very similar to SU tempting turquiose so I stamped the sentiment in TT ink. No dp used here! Just some embossing and look at all that white!! I added some raindrops to the image and sprinkled some dazzling diamonds glitter on it and it ended up looking more like snow than rain!LOL! I didnt write down the colors on this one! Sorry! I colored this Honey image about a month ago. I think shes super cute! Hope you have a dry day tomorrow and if not...remember to play in the puddles!LOL!

Sweet Anya sketch

Okay Im going ahead and warning you...I've been on a TGF kick...and MME. So you can expect to see more TGF images paired with MME dp!LOL!
I've been wanting to play along with the Club Anya Saturday sketch since Jen started doing them but havent had time and I finally got a chance today! Yayy for 3 day weekends!LOL!

I used Sweet Anya and colored her to match the Quite Contrary dp. I love that this sketch gave me a chance to use this Pebbles flower I've had for about 3 yrs now. I dont even know why I bought it other than I liked the color b/c I can never find a way to use these big flowers. I also did something different with the bling. I dont know I was just in the mood for something different. Im still not sure how I feel about this card but my daughter loves it and its for her to give to her bff for her bday so as long as she likes it....!LOL! OH and I used 4 different patterns of dp on this one! I dont think I've ever done that either!LOL! I love pretty dp but I have a hard time using more than 2 patterns on a card. Okay Im through babbling for today! Have a great one!

FS Oh Boy Ian

Im so thankful for this 3 day weekend and the sunshine!! My kids spent 3 hrs outside yesterday playing which means I got 3 hrs of guilt free stamp time! Woo hoo!LOL!!

I also got a chance to play along with todays featured stamper challenge and go figure the gallery has been down all day!LOL!

Todays SCS featured stamper is Tracy. I cased Tracy's card here. I need a Thank You card for one of my students and thought this Oh Boy Ian image was perfect. I loved the simple layout of Tracys card so I kept the layout but added some dp and used a library clip instead of a paper clip. I used MME dp again. I've been going through my stash since me and my Mom just placed another big order of dp!LOL! When I have new dp coming in then I dont have to hoard anymore!LOL! Enjoy your day!

Stamping Honey

Im back today with a little bit more Honey for you!LOL! This is stamping Honey. She is ready for some craftyness!LOL! I paired Honey with some dp I got from Die Cuts r us which is now Claudia and Company. Its one of their 6x6 sample packs and I *think* its from the MME Quite Contrary line. I love the design though b/c it gave me a chance to use my Martha Stewart border punch that I havent used in awhile.

All 3 of the new Honeys are available here. Thats it for me today. The sun is actually shining here and the kids are outside playing! Its so nice and quiet in the house I am in the mood to stamp! Have a great weekend.

Pirate Honey

Its release Day at All that scraps! This is my fave card from this release. LOVE Pirate Honey! I colored her to match the Basic Grey Eerie dp. I saw a card awhile back using a pirate image and this dp and jotted it down but cant remember where I got it from. The sentiment I used is from TGF Pirate Anya and Ian set.

My second card is Hairdresser Honey. I paired her with some MME Quite Contrary dp. I love her green hairdryer!LOL! I made this card as a Thank You for my hairdresser who just put in some fabulous highlights for me which btw made one of my PreK students ask me if I painted my hair when we came back from Christmas holidays!LOL!

Happy Birthday Makayla

Wow its been so long since I posted I actually dont know how to start this post!LOL!! So we'll just jump right into it. Todays Stamp Something challenge is Anything goes. Our sponsor is Whimsy Stamps and I was so excited b/c I've had this Maya blowing bubbles image since it was released and I finally got it colored. She just looks so sweet and after seeing Crissy color her up I had to have her b/c she reminded me of my niece. Since Crissy is a shading/coloring expert I used her card as my inspiration while coloring Maya. I actually colored this image up with no dp in my just my niece's fave colors. I kept the layout super simple just adding a sentiment stamped on the dp, some ribbon, and bling. I did also add some stickles to the bubbles and bubble jar.
