A Virus attribute Greymon with a bluish-black body. While it has been called a 'feral Greymon', befitting its more violent disposition, it is in no way a lone wolf and possesses enough intelligence to work together with its allies as a team. Its Special Move is a blast of high-temperature flames spewed from its mouth (Mega Flame).

Digimon Story: Time Stranger[edit]

A gigantic Greymon (Blue) of the Titans pursued Minervamon alongside Titamon while she was about to enter the human world for an errand by Junomon to investigate the Egg of the Great Guardian. Titamon lost track of her, but the Greymon (Blue) dropped alongside from a Digital Gate into the Material World summoned by Junomon in Shinjuku Rhapsody. It managed to repel Minervamon before falling, but she recruited Yuki Dan/Yuki Kanan to fight alongside her against it because the Agent was responsible for losing Aegiomon's Digitama, and because Greymon was simply too dangerous to ignore. Aegiomon is not available for this fight (alongside any other fights during the chapter) because he was too depressed to wake up following the events on the previous day.

During the fight, Minervamon strikes at Greymon's weak point with her Strike Roll to make an opening for the Agent.

Greymon (Blue) is the final boss of Shinjuku Rhapsody. It uses a basic attack, Roar to lower the entire party's attack, Earthquake I, and Tail Swing. Greymon (Blue)'s weaknesses are altered from the playable version; It is weak to Water, Ice, Electric and Null, and resists Fire, Dark and Earth, and has the genes "Titan", "Large" and "Dinosaur". It is the first foe in the game with a breakable charged attack, at which point Minervamon tells the Agent to strike at Greymon's head (its Head Shell becomes a separate target at this point) to knock it off-balance. If the Agent fails to break it at this point, it attacks with Rampage, tearing off a piece of the ground with its mouth before charging at it, causing massive damage to the entire party and lowering its Defense.

At the end of the battle, Greymon (Blue) was slain, and the Agent escorts Minervamon back to the Misono household to exchange information with Inori and Aegiomon.

An optional conversation with a Pharaohmon in the Guardian Palace's prison ward indicates that a Greymon was recently moved out from there for unknown purposes. It is unclear if this Greymon is the same Greymon (Blue) in Shinjuku Rhapsody reborn, was related to the Metal Greymon (Virus) at the start of the game, or is even the same individual to begin with.

Greymon (Blue) is a DLC-only Digimon. It can be obtained by evolving Agumon (Black) if its HP is 660 or above, its Spirit 420 or above, its Speed is 540 or above, and the player's Agent Rank is 3 or above. The evolution line cannot be unlocked without buying the requisite DLC. The Evolution requirements can be cut by up to 4.71x by Agent Skills. Its signature skill is Bit Fire, which does 14 Fire damage to all foes 3 times. It is weak to Water and Ice and resists Fire and Electricity.

Greymon (Blue) emerges out from the Digital Gate.
