A Witchmon appeared in The Crimson Harvest Festival. She appeared at a Halloween night (October 31) and turned young women (including Kashiwagi Mika and Udagawa Aoi) into witches that can use her attacks. She was incredibly strong and could fight on par with the perfect-level Cannoweissmon and almost managed to sucker him by feigning defeat, but was forced to surrender for real when November 1 arrived (as it was no longer Halloween) and she was rendered much weaker. Her voice was much higher-pitched and younger when Halloween ends.

Digimon Story: Time Stranger[edit]

Witchmon is a member of the Titans. Shortly after the first Titan invasion of the human world, she put the Gear Forest Village's denizens to sleep following one of Bacchusmon's victory revelries, allowing other Titans to kill all of them bar Bacchusmon himself. The death of all of his beloved people rendered him despondent and he committed suicide by poison.

After travelling back in time, Yuki Dan/Yuki Kanan, Misono Inori, Aegiomon and Lotusmon are also put under her spell, which lets them find Bacchusmon in the dream realm and join with him. They then confront Witchmon, who recognizes Aegiomon as his name had appeared in her dreams countless times as the one responsible for Titamon's death, who Witchmon had happily served in the past.

Witchmon serves as a boss in "The Titans' Grudge". Her gimmick revolves around spamming Idle Bubble to put the entire party to sleep and picking them off. She can also use Ocean Wave III, Sonic Shot III, Gale Storm III, Mental Break and Attack Reflect. She can also charge power in her left arm. This causes Witchmon (Left Arm) to become targettable. If not stopped in two turns, she'll then use a special version of Baluluna Gale that inflicts Injury.

Witchmon is weak to Plant and Earth, and resists Water and Metal. Witchmon (Left Arm) is weak to Fire and Metal, and resists Earth.

After being defeated, Witchmon cursed Aegiomon's name, saying he was not a Great Guardian but a demon. Embracing the Titans' grudge, Witchmon told him she'd follow him in his dreams, before seemingly passing away while hoping she'd be reunited with her Lord Titamon once more.

In actuality, Witchmon was alive and escaped after the failed Gear Forest invasion. She re-appears alongside Titamon and several other Titans during a jailbreak in the Guardian Palace and becomes a temporary ally of the Agent, as well as the one who tells Orgemon, Fugamon and Hyougamon that the Tunomon they were harassing was their boss Titamon. After activating the Alpha Device, Witchmon ends up trapped alongside the Agent and joins their party as a level 45 Digimon with the Sonic Shot II, Ocean Wave I and Idle Bubble Attachment Skills. The Agent manages to free them by DigiAttacking the source of the walls, only for Clavis Angemon to appear. While Witchmon, on Titamon's orders, tries putting him to sleep with Idle Bubble twice, he immediately wakes back up both times, so the party just runs away from him, putting him back to sleep for a moment several times during their escape. After the party reaches the stairs, they meet the Orgemon trio again who were escaping from Clavis Angemon from their side. Witchmon tries putting him to sleep again but is out of power so the party just runs away, though she's still able to use Idle Bubble on him in-battle to allow escape.

After activating the Gamma Device, Clavis Angemon ambushes the party before they could reach Minervamon. The party tries to run away down the stairs, only for Clavis Angemon to teleport in front of them. However, he accidentally put himself inside a cell, where the protection of the temple didn't reach, so Titamon orders the Agent to go after him while they could.

Despite being defeated, Clavis Angemon refused to give up, so Witchmon put him to sleep with Idle Bubble again. Titamon then used the power he had left from Chronomon's Treasure to freeze time so the Agent could trap Clavis Angemon in the cell.
