The only thing I 'dislike' about customer.io is the fact that it's not (yet) possible to compare desktop vs mobile metrics. What do you like best about Customer.io?

Customer.io has been an absolute game-changer for us. Honestly, setting up our customer journeys used to be a total headache, but now it's just... simple. The workflow builder is my favorite part, no question. It's ridiculously intuitive, and yet it can still handle some seriously complex stuff we've thrown at it. What I really love is the flexibility to send messages based on what people are actually doing. That makes our communication feel super timely and not at all like spam. Their analytics are also really solid—they give us the clear insights we need to figure out what's working and what's not. And a huge bonus? Integrating it with our other tools was a breeze. What do you dislike about Customer.io?

I've been using Customer.io, and it's mostly been great. But if I had to point out a few things? The learning curve was a lot steeper than I expected when I started. I'd really love to see them update the reporting. Honestly, building custom dashboards or getting specific data feels way more complicated than it needs to be. Super user friendly and action oriented. It's great to set up campaigns, broadcasts, etc and see real time results on how those are driving customer engagement. I love how easy to use and intuitive the platform is. The integration was also easy for our engineers to integrate our CRM to Customer.io. I would recommend to anyone in search of an automation platform - I would recommend Customer.io time over time. What do you like best about Customer.io?

We’ve used it to build smarter, more personalised onboarding flows that guide our users through the product at just the right moments. The ability to trigger messages based on real user behaviour has helped us greatly.

The platform is intuitive, flexible, and integrates well with our existing tools. We’ve particularly enjoyed how easy it is to segment audiences and test different flows—making continuous improvement part of our workflow.

Every time we’ve reached out with a question or hit a roadblock, the support team has been quick and helpful.

What do you dislike about Customer.io?

Nothing to dislike! The only hurdle we have run into is when the team released Design Studio, and we'd just built out our onboarding flow but wanted to use the new Design Studio to create our emails (as it's made them look 10x better with ease).
