What do you like best about Experience.com?

Experience.com is a very easy-to-use tool. I used it for over a year at my previous company, and when I learned I could continue using it even if I changed companies, I didn't hesitate to open my account.

It helps me with my business's digital presence. I also find the integrations with other platforms like Google and social media very useful.

As for the service I received from Mike Blair, since I created the account, it has been great. He always knows what to do and how to do it because he's very good at communicating. What do you like best about Experience.com?

As a mortgage loan officer, building trust and maintaining strong relationships with clients is everything. Experience.com has been a game changer for my business. It allows me to seamlessly collect, manage, and showcase client reviews in a way that enhances my online presence and builds credibility with potential borrowers.

The platform integrates directly with my LOS (loan origination system), so requesting reviews after closing is automated and consistent. This has drastically increased my review volume without adding extra work to my day. The real-time feedback helps me stay on top of client satisfaction and quickly address any issues.

What do you like best about Experience.com?

I like that our clients can take a minute and become online Cheerleaders for us. I feel like this is invaluable as clients become more engaged with Finding out who they are working with. Having a bunch of 5 Star reviews, I believe, gives us an edge over someone that may not have as high of review scores MIKE BLAIR was super helpful helping me get set up and has been keeping in contact with me over the past 6 months until I was ready to add back to my tech stack. When I was at a retail lender for over 8 years, the review requests were sent out for us after each funding. That would be awesome if there was a way to connect with out CRM to send these out after closings automatically Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
