I am not extremely tech savvy. Rich Mackoy has been wonderful to help me every step of the way. I have many clients that have used me based on the reviews I received on Experience.com. What do you like best about Experience.com?

I love the ability to connect all of my online review platforms to one location and have the ratings pull directly to Experience.com. The Experience.com platform is very easy to use and has several ways to boost my reviews rating and publicity within Google ranking. I use it to acquire new ratings from my clients weekly. It's also very user friendly, easy to navigate and getting started was effortless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love when my Clients provide a review, that it automatically goes to Google as well. It also allows me to be more visable in my community. Since joining Experience, I've gotten several calls from those that find me online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Converting over from one company to another - I did not find that my information and my initial experience reviews transferred, bringing my ranking down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to respond to surveys within minutes using the AI feature has been a game changer. It allows me to stay engaged with past clients and address both positive and negative feedback promptly and professionally. Easy to use and understand the format. My Google activity is rising rapidly everyday. I am new (1 week) so the jury is still out but I am very pleased so far. Great customer support also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
