"Bridges the ROI Gap for Calls, But Pricing Clarity without knowing call volumes can be hard"
What do you like best about Infinity Call Tracking?

Attribution of the ROI / ROAS from the website and paid advertising that results in calls. This closes a massive gap in attribution and justifying the role of a website. Also love the integrations with GA4, Looker Studio. Also the 'smart matching' of contacts where you got your business from, all the way back to original calls, is amazing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infinity Call Tracking?

None in particular that I am aware of for the solution itself. Can be hard to work out pricing when the solution is being considered to tell you how many calls you are getting from your digital channel i.e. you dont know until you deploy it if the website phone numbers are the same as general business phone numbers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Infinity Call Tracking?

Infinity spot pain points in their space and develop fantastic tools to answer them. Specifically, their branch into conversational analytics & smart outcomes is a great solution for a very big and common problem in the ads industry - integrating lead quality fast and accurately!

I always find the team at Infinity an absolute pleasure to deal with, approaching growth in exactly the right way. I feel that the infinity team always look at genuine client problems where their solution fits well, rather than pushing numbers blindly.

The team at infinity have also been very good with education for my agency PPC team, introducing the right products and opportunities, we speak the same language as infinity in general, so our partnership is very strong and continues to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Infinity Call Tracking?

Infinity makes it easy for me to understand how our customers find us. The amount of information that Infinity tracks means we can make informed decisions on where to focus our marketing budget. It also allows me to create bespoke numbers specific to marketing campaigns that allow us to track it's effectiveness. The support I receive from our account manager Carissa is second to none. All the support team are fast, efficient and friendly. What do you like best about Infinity Call Tracking?

The core product of Infinity Core Tracking works well. It is able to tell us from which of our sources the call originated, so we can distinguish between Paid Search, Organic Traffic, and emails. This attribution is helpful for working out which channels have resulted in contacts.

What do you dislike about Infinity Call Tracking?

The interface looks like it was last updated 10 years ago. The help documentation is confusing and poor in parts, and the integrations with third-party services are tricky to set up. More investment in the customer journey would be good.

Customer support may be good, but the flipside is we've had to ask about a bunch of stuff that we'd expect to self-serve, because the docs are unclear or out of date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to see a glossary of terminology and functionality for the Infinity HUB. The current help centre and Learning Campus are good, but could do with a quick guide. What do you like best about Infinity Call Tracking?

Alex Shrimpton brilliantly presented Infinity's proposition to our business, and as a sales manager was as compelling as he was pleasant to interact with for our team.

Not only did Alex take the time to truly listen to our use case and make sure Infinity was the best fit for our current business challenges, though impressively he also thoroughly researched our business, and spent time carefully and strategically as to how we could best realise value in partnering with Infinity.

I felt every and any question I asked was properly and articulately answered. Reassuringly Alex put any concern I had to rest, and genuinely made the sales process of finding our ideal solution pain-free and actually enjoyable.

Ease of implementation was reassuringly explained. ease of integration was made simple, and showcasing the value of the product was smooth with well explained demonstration of their a clear timeline on time to live and time to first value.
