Garage Day - Bull-Bars

So Ev picked up some second-hand bull-bars and today we fitted them to his van. The process was straightforward but required some fabrication and a fairly high degree of precision...

So yesterday Evan came out to the workshop to fit a Yoshimura can to the Mercenary Sharktooth TDM. So using some metal from the scrap pile we welded a sleeve onto the can and fashioned an exhaust hanger...

The Mercenary Sharktooth TDM arrives at MERCENARY HQ...

This small section of scrap VW exhaust is overcome with excitement to discover it's destined to spend the rest of eternity as part of a Yoshimura can on Ev's Mercenary Sharktooth TDM Rat-bike. The excitement was contageous which is why this shot is out of focus.

Using the EXPAND-O-MATIC 2000© Exhaust Swager to finesse the section of scrap VW exhaust.

The VW exhaust section, invigorated by its experience with the EXPAND-O-MATIC 2000©, undergoes a panic-atack upon discovering it's about to get its ass welded to the Yoshi can. No-one thought to ask the Yoshi can how it was feeling...
