Noel's KTM 200 EXC was in rag-order when he got it, but has since undergone a comprehensive rebuild. It still didn't have a side-stand though, so yesterday we made a bracket to adapt an aftermarket side-stand to the frame,

Cylinder Head

We had to do some engineering to replace the wringed M7 cylinder head threads on the barrel of Noel's KTM 200 EXC.

Not having M7 Helicoils, we sized everything up to M8 Helicoils which meant modifying both the head and the barrel.

It all went to plan and hopefully it will be up and running again in a couple of days.
