Yoruichi:
Mentor Passive Nerf:
- Heavy Fist's damage bonus nerfed: 40% -> 30%, Damage buff no longer
applies to Sword TVLs or Arrancar Resurrections(unless they use fist), only
applying a direct buff to only fist m1's
- Speed boost removed
- Lowered CD passive removed
Reiatsu Decrease Passive:
- Now lowers your maximum reiatsu by 25% instead of 50%

- Fixed arrancar NPCs having the transformation bug which is when they transform,
they stand in place and do nothing and cant be hit.
- Fixed hell door bugging sometimes
- Fixed mysterious arrancar
- Fixed mentor bugging all npcs once finishing last tier.

- You now have to wait 1 extra second before being able to teleport to the opponent

- Fixed the camera getting stuck after the animation ends.
- Fixed hitbox still being active after the animation ends.

- Lowered roar duration: 9s -> 3s

- Final hit launches away, no longer extends.
(X - Horn Cero)
- Hitbox more consistent with the vfx.
- Horn Cero can now be fired immediately
- Horn Cero's damage, length and endlag now scales with how
