Sealing method
I often use this method to get rid of some tails because it saves
more time than weaving the tails in one by one. However, make
sure the area that you want to “seal” is not visible, thus, not making
it ugly.
1. Hold the tail to your piece. If you have more than 1 tail, you can
twist it to become one.
2. Apply a small amount of hot glue gun, quickly and carefully press
it using a metal flat object, I’m using my scissors.
3. Cut off the tail and you’re done.
                                                  medaami 4
In this pattern, we’re going to make 3 types of minion: Bob, Kevin and
Stuart.
We’re making Bob first!

eyes
(I use 12mm eyes)
I cut off the spike on the back side of safety eyes using cutting pliers,
and will glue the eyes later using a hot glue gun
assembly
I recommend to use ball point pins for assembly. This way will help
you to keep the pieces in place and make it easier to do the
sewing.
I'm using a hot glue gun to attach some of the parts, but if you
make this amigurumi for kids, I recommend to make it fully sewn.
1. Place the uniform on the bottom of the body, make sure it’s hori-
zontally straight. Then, sew/glue it in place.
2. Sew/glue the pocket below the front “flap” of the uniform.
3. Sew the legs on the bottom of the uniform
                         1 2
                                    3 medaami 9
4. Sew the arms on the side of the body, on the same level of the
“flaps”.
5. Sew/glue the uniform straps on one side of the front “flap” to
the back “flap”, then do the same for the other side.
6. Glue the buttons on each ends of the straps.
           4 5 6
7. Sew/glue the goggles strap surrounding the upper part of the
body, approximately on R9-R11. If you have a gap like mine, don’t
worry because it will be covered with the goggles later (so make sure
the gap is on the front part (the face), not the back).
8. Sew/glue the goggles on the face, on the middle of the goggles
straps.
9. Glue the eyes inside the goggles. I positioned them to be in the
middle so it will look cuter, but you can position them anywhere you
like.
           7 8 9
                                                 medaami 10
10. Add light blush on the cheeks.
And.. You’re done!
Moving on to Kevin and Stuart!
