I am finally finished with making 16-Patches Squared
from my jelly roll strips...
I have ended up with 38 blocks...
these are the last 8 (above)
They comprise the lightest group of centers..
And, as yet, I have no idea what
I will be making with them...
**********************************************
FYI:
I have been battling vertigo for the past few days...and have been
avoiding cutting (!) and machine sewing (!). I have no idea what has
triggered this condition, but I am starting to feel better today...

Stay safe all, it's not over yet....

Your green blocks look great. I hope you will feel better soon. Take care.
ReplyDeletethanks so much Frederique...I am feeling better tonight...
DeleteVery pretty. I look forward to seeing all the blocks set out and then what you chose to make. Maybe a nap quilt, lap quilt?
ReplyDeleteFeel better!

I am thinking perhaps a few items--i cannot face making another huge quilt these days...
DeleteNice project using your jelly roll strips - I like the colours!
ReplyDeleteHope you're soon feeling better my friend.
thank you for your good wishes;)))
DeleteI liked making these blocks so much I forgot to call a halt and used them all up--
Love that soft green! Feel better soon!
ReplyDeletethanks so much Angie--I like those softer greens too...
DeleteSorry to hear it is still bothering you. I had a dr once who mentioned there was some position that 'reset' the inner ear canal. It did help the one time I tried it. I think there is a video on how to do it on google... but would not be helpful if you had a bad back. Hopefully you wake up 100% better tomorrow morning.
ReplyDeleteI will check that out--thanks..;))))
DeleteOK are you feeling better today? I know you have been very careful, but one of the new questions at work is have you been feeling dizzy, is your taste or smell off, do you have muscle aches, does your thinking feel fuzzy for the COVID screening.
ReplyDeleteI am feeling a bit better--not so whirlly!!
DeleteI usually don't know what I'm going to do with blocks I make either. That's the fun, the surprise when it all clicks.
ReplyDeleteVertigo is no fun. I hope it is just a short random affair.
I hope so too; my head feels like it is way up above my body...ugh!!
DeleteNo comments are coming to my gmail...not a happy blogger...
ReplyDeleteOh dear- hope you are better soon.

God to hear you're gradually feeling better, vertigo is no fun at all!
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear about the vertigo; I hope you are feeling better. Sorry to hear about the comment issue too, and I hope you get it figured out. Your blocks are looking nice!
ReplyDeleteFeel better soon my friend
ReplyDeleteGreat blocks to play with.
You poor thing! My DH suffers from meniers so vertigo is part of our lives but it can be particularly unpleasant I'm glad you are feeling a bit better but do take care.
ReplyDeleteHope you are feeling so much better. I love the colors in the 16-patch blocks. Can't wait to see what you decide to do with them.
