JACK'S BACK(ing)

Blue Moon
will be my backing for
Starry-Eyed Jack
↴↴↴↴

In commemoration of this
Covid year's
Halloween's
Full Blue Moon
And---
Since Starry-Eyed Jack is so busy--
(Halloween and all),
I thought a serene floating
blue moon among the
skeleton trees
would make a nice contrast...

************************************
On my Butterfly
embroidery project
I have finished Purple Butterfly ;)))
I have three more to go...

My next color(s) will be
shades of brown..

**************************
And the grandgirls'
Mini Dolly pieces are
all pinned and ready for
quilting...
I was waiting to get my Helga set up
for quilting so that I would have
a few pieces ready to go..

Next up will be setting up the
machine (Helga) with my walking foot
after I applique
and then
quilt...

  1. That makes for a very interesting backing for your quilt. I like surprises on the back.

  2. Ooh! I want to quickly add a blue moon to the quilt I'm finishing now! It has a blue/turquoise backing so a moon will be perfect. Your Jack is now cute on front AND back.

  9. I love the idea of putting a blue moon on the back of your Jack quilt. Everything ties in so perfectly. I wonder if there's a way to include changing the clocks back, too!
