More Metal!

We have added a few remaining Battlegrip x Onell Design Metal Heads to the store! Another thanks to Phil- it was fun having live coverage 2 feet from my toy-mountain of a work space. If you're wondering what happened to the junkshop, it became my desk. I would also like to note that T-Ride was in full effect during this heavy metal launch. -marcus

Ready for Assault

We're on track for a 9PM EST release tonight (November 4th). The Renegade Gobons have been amassing their forces and are prepared to invade! Each Renegade Gobon will be priced at $35 USD and limited to 2 per customer.

There will also be some special surprises at launch time tonight (Metal Heads get ready)!

Metal Mania

Good old Phil Reed has popped up a cool contest over on his site, Battlegrip.com. Check out his pic of what looks like a mountain of assorted metal Glyos heads! We will be meeting up next week and hopefully unleashing this pile of crazy craniums once we get everything organized. In the meantime, if you leave a comment after his post and correctly guess how many heads you think are in 10 pounds of metal, you could score some free parts!

The winner will receive some fresh metal heads from Battlegrip.com as well as a sneak peek figure from our upcoming (as in next week) Custom Corps run. Good luck guessing on this one!

Dead Presidents: Behind the Scenes

Painting Warlord Matt Walker sent over these pics of our latest collaboration in progress. Getting a glance at what Matt puts into his production system is a real eye opener. Look at all those sticks! These figures are part of the second Custom Corps production run (Nemica Gobon being the first) with Dead Presidents, meaning all the figures are painted in a similar style as opposed to the blind bagged random approach to Custom Corps 2.0. This new run is actually a set of two figures plus a Phase Arm/Gobon Blaster. All parts are fully painted by Matt and clear coated for durability. Matt also modified the Gobon so that the body comes apart easier than the Nemica Gobon. Some other special parts to the puzzle will be revealed when the figures are released. On a side note, did any of you guys ever listen to the old metal group Stryper? I think they were the first Christian metal band and man did they have some gravity defying hair. Well I stand guilty of still listening to them (and TNT, Lillian Axe, Riot and T-Ride) and I've always loved that "Yellow and Black Attack!" angle they used to use. So yeah, this colorway was born from my love of 80's cheeseball heavy metal. Forgive me.
