Hi,

The predefined Java classes for a pool of threads are used in this case
(Executors.newFixedThreadPool); so I do not know the policy for thread selection.

However, the 'tasks' performed by the pool are 'one step of a reasoning cycle'
of an agents. These tasks are inserted in the pool in a round-robin policy (that
does not consider agents in 'sleep' mode).

You can change this in two ways:
1. simply change the source code of Jason (class RunCentralisedMAS, method
createThreadPool())

2. create a new infrastructure (copying the current centralised infrastructure
and changing what you want). If you need, we can provide more details about how
to create a new infrastructure.

I hope that it helps, but fell free to ask for more details if you want.

ps.: if, in a single reasoning cycle, an agent enters in a kind of infinite loop
(e.g. due to a badly defined user internal action, a bug, ...) the corresponding
thread of the pool will be blocked with that agent forever. Although this
problem also happens in a 'no pool' version, it is not so critical since each
agent has its on thread.

To have a kind of 'reasoning timeout' for the agents is a future work on the
project.
