Sydney sisters Annette and Marilyn Taylor appeared on popular TV music variety shows like
Cafe Continental (1958–61),
Teentime, and
Six O’Clock Rock (1959–62). They performed at major nightclubs across Sydney and even toured to Adelaide and Brisbane. The duo recorded two singles with the HMV label and another two with the Leedon label. Annette died in 2014, while Marilyn, in the mid-50s, was a Vege-Mite who sang the iconic ''Happy Little Vegemites'' jingle.
