A quick Boise trip

Our little family of four (plus hiccuping fetus) went on a trip to good ol' Boise Idaho this past week. The main reason for the trip? A celebration for my sweet little (although he is not so little) brother Brian. He will leave in August to serve a mission in Mesa Arizona. This weekend, we got to attend the temple with my bro who is now an Elder. It has been an amazing experience so far and loads of fun, as he is my only living brother and the baby of the family. We all love Brian, he is a good kid.

Another reason for the trip? Lots of cousin playtime! I love this picture, as Ella is the only girl jumping and she is wearing a princess dress!
Nighttime jumping! I think the last night the kids stayed up until at least 10 jumping on Grandma and Grandpa's trampoline.
Often times we are having so much fun, that we don't have much time for naps. Benson and Sophie snuck one in just before dinner after a long day of swimming and playing. These two are T R O U B L E together.

Benson swimming with his "gobbles." At home he likes to swim without the wings, but other pools are "scawy."

Griffin is a swimming wild man. He is so much fun to take to the pool.

However, he is not the biggest fan of being pushed high in a swing. It is the only time in his life I have witnessed a "cautious side" of him.

Benson is a swinging wild man. Perhaps the only time I don't see the "cautious side" of him.

We had loads of fun trying to get an updated cousin picture . . . not sure if we succeeded or not. Can't wait to add Baby Boy #3 to all the cousin madness. (And yes, I almost always dress my children alike. It is a sickness really.)

Another B O Y?! Seriously?!

We are still in shock and awe that we are having another boy. But alas, there is no disproving those glorious ultrasound pictures that you get when there is a boy on the way. I was certain that it was a girl, so I can't help but laugh at my own foolishness. I have always said that I would be a mother of boys, and so far I seem to be right. Most importantly though, the little man looks healthy and is measuring a little big (which all of my boys have so far).

For some reason, the ultrasound DVD is a really long video that would take forever to post and I am lacking the motivation to scan in the printed pictures, so you will just have to believe me on this one. This is not a joke. We are honest and true having another boy. Oh, how we love boys around here. Now it is time to get a minivan . . .
