Maybe Next Year...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This year has been challenging to a lot of people…us included, of course. Our plan of going to the Philippines to visit loved ones at the end of this year will not happen. We have to prioritize in order to survive in this dwindling economy and travel is at the bottom of that priority list. I already told some of my high school classmates that I won’t be able to make to make it to our silver jubilee. Maybe next year we'll be able to attend... Now, if money is not an issue, aside from visiting the Philippines, I would also like to visit some other places like New Zealand and some parts of Europe some day. I was supposed to visit friends in Europe in 2001 but I ended up getting married and moved here in the US instead. If visiting friends is my reason for going to Europe, New Zealand on the other hand just fascinates me because I had co-teachers before who were from NZ and they just couldn’t stop talking about their country.
