Sunshiny Day

Image
It actually feels like it's summer here already...but it's not. The highest today will be in the mid-80s so it's getting warmer as the days go by. I wish I can say my 'mood' is sunshiny as well but not quite. Why? I jumped in the scale first thing in the morning and not surprisingly, I *think* I gained a pound or two. Sigh. Not too happy about that but it's also my own doing. Yesterday, I went back on my treadmill and was able to walk 2 miles...a mile each time. I think that's a good start since I haven't been good at doing that in the past couple of weeks. I am starting to wonder if I should start thinking about taking ephedra diet pills already since I seem to be going nowhere with just my walking. But then again, I haven't been consistent on that walking as well. Hmm.... Hubby said that I probably need to tell my doctor about my weight concern. He's thinking it may have something to do with my thyroid situation and not so much with the food I...

Once Again...

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We're on diet! That's what the husband says anyway. So now I'm not 'allowed' to bake cakes, muffins and brownies. Ugh! We're also trying to cut on buying sweets...which we don't buy much anyway. Double ughs! I honestly don't think we should go 'on a diet' because we don't eat a lot of junks in the first place. I think what we need to do is to be more active around here. I personally need to do that anyway. I know my metabolism is much slower now compared to like 10 years ago. Well, that and the fact that I no longer go up and down stairs or walk back and forth like I did when I was still teaching definitely don't help in my quest to lose some of my unwanted [and unsightly] extra poundage. Maybe I should start looking at some of the best diet pills available out there if this latest attempt of ours to get in shape will be unsuccessful. I wonder if I should get on that thing [aka 'treadmill] in our bedroom and...
Should She or Shouldn't She?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I’ve got this friend who has been kinda’ chubby throughout her adult life. She tried gyms, exercise and dieting but she’s always back where she started. She’s not that fat but her self-confidence is suffering because she’s not happy with her body so her quest to lose weight is non-stop. Since she doesn’t qualify for any kind of surgery [and she doesn’t want to go under the knife anyway], her only choice now is to try diet pills. It’s her last recourse but she’s a bit apprehensive about it. I guess her lack of knowledge about diet pills does not help her at all. So I went online to check the different diet pills on the market. One site I found is really beneficial because it does not only list the positive things about diet pills but also the not so positive effects like alli side effects . After reading about the different diet pills on this site, I am confident that my friend will be able to find the information she needs in order to come up with a good d...

Diet Pills...do they work?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I have this friend who’s been struggling with her weight for years. Ever since I’ve known her, she’s been on a constant diet. She also tries to go to the gym regularly but nothing seems to work. Lately she’s been talking about trying one of those diet pills she’s been reading about. I really don’t know much about diet pills so I did some research and I found this site that does reviews on different diet pills. The site is very informative and it answers questions like: does Lipovox work or which places sell the cheapest diet pills. I really don’t know if my friend should take diet pills or not. One thing I know, I’m going to tell her to research more on this. At least she will be armed with information so she can make a wise decision. I just hope she finds something that will work for her.
Finding the "one"...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It seems that as the problem of obesity grow, the number of diet pills also grow with it. It’s like every other commercial on TV is about, yes, diet pills. Of course, they are all saying their product is the best. But how do we really know which one is really the best one for our needs? By visiting Consumer Price Watch. The site reviews diet pills like Phentermine without prescription along with other diet pills. The information presented is extensive and useful to everybody. Now I know where to go to if and when I decide to try diet pills. I'm sure I'll be able to find "the one" in this site.

Leptovox

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I used to weigh less than a hundred pounds…seriously. I thought I will never go past 100 lbs during this lifetime. Boy was I ever wrong. I did gain weight but fortunately it’s not a lot. With a little work on my part, I am hoping to lose it…if and when I got the willpower to do the work. If not, then I may just try one of the diet pills such as Leptovox. From what I have read so far, Leptovox is one of the few diet pills out there that has an impressive list of ingredients that are clinically proven. I still have to read some more about it but if and when I decide to try something like diet pills, this is one I will keep in mind.
