Great Deals at Second Act...
A lot of the electronics in our house are either factory refurbished or floor models. This laptop I’m using right now is factory refurbished which we bought online in 2002. We were in a crunch at that time so we couldn’t afford to pay for a brand new one. That’s more than 5 years ago and my laptop is still alive and kicking. The same with our television set. My husband bought it in 2000. The store he went to didn’t have anymore in stock for that particular model so they offered him the one on the floor for half the price. The TV is the one we still use up to this day. But this old TV set would have to be replaced because with our new house that’s being built now, my husband wants an HDTV . With the price of a new HDTV, I don’t think that we can afford to buy it. Actually, with all the financial problems we encountered having the new house built, I don’t think we can afford anything brand new.
