QT Models 1985 Catalogue

Someone was looking for this but I can't remember who so I thought I'd post it in the meantime... great when you find things when search through old flash drives. QT Models was the brainchild of Dave Hoyle who now runs Museum Miniatures. Many of the older QT ranges were sold off and he concentrates on 15mm (don't boo!) - check out his 'Z' range of computer sculpts, they are quite simply superb AND produced in metal. I have quite a few of the Trojan range and have even painted some - a madness must have overwhelmed me! I've always had a soft spot for miniatures of the Bronze Age era. Following something of a convoluted history, a lot (most? all?) of the moulds are now with Lamming Miniatures... they had a fantastic slightly cartoonish Zulu War range in 40mm (metal and resin) however it seems to have disappeared from the site.

Judges Guild 'Free Portly Pomp Catalog' 1982

Just found an old external hard drive so thought I'd post this up. I can't remember the name of the person that sent it me but all credit to them of course. I have so many memories of oggling JG catalogues back in the day. When I worked for GW retail (Manchester, early 80's) we stocked loads of their own roleplaying aids which were of seriously poor quality paper and, although I'm sure we sold quite a few, I remember lots being tipped as, once opened, they fell to bits very quickly... I've since picked up a number of their catalogues and my memory wasn't wrong - very poor quality paper but great content!  They did their own range of miniatures at some point which included Tunnels & Trolls licensed ones. Must look into them.
