Appmon Chip

An Appmon Chip (アプモンチップ, Apumon Chippu) is the form an Appmon assumes in the Real World, or when they are exhausted or have been defeated in combat. Through the use of a device such as an Appli Drive, they can appliarise from their Chips.
Structure[edit]
All Chips are square with rounded corners. The center features the image of the Appmon they belong to, while the border is the color associated with its type. When two Appmon undergo an AppGattai for the first time, a Non-active Chip (ノンアクティブチップ, Non-akutibu Chippu) of the resultant Appmon is formed.
Functions[edit]
In the Real World, Appmon can only materialize thanks to the power of the Appli Drives. Their Chips can be used to perform AppLink and AppGattai. Super- or Ultimate-grade Chips can be used to evolve lower-grade Appmon. Appli Drivers typically store their Chips inside the Appmon Band, a bracelet-like device they wear on their wrist.
