Wells keeps writing men that constantly one-up the ones in the previous books of the series, but Dylan and Mark were simply amazing!!
I adored how the relationship between them played out, evolving from a friendship to sexual exploration, and then to falling in love. They both found something they weren't looking for but definitely needed, and together they were passionate, understanding, patient and loving.
This was the first book in this series that K.C. Wells didn't give awesome families to her protagonists... all the opposite. But, it was compensated with the many beautiful moments with Dylan's friends, single or with their significant others, that were showcased throughout the book, also with a few other new endearing characters.
I've savored every page of Dylan's Dilemma and I am looking forward to the future books in this series. ...more

With A Totally Platonic Thing Eliot Grayson delivers a fantastic romance, with perfectly balanced sweetness and sexy spiciness. Chris and Lucas are compelling and interesting, not just as love interests but as characters. Their connection was strong even before things changed between them, and the author did an amazing job at portraying their doubts, the newly discovered sexuality and the development of their special dynamic. Their chemistry was explosive and their emotions felt raw and real. What I enjoyed most was the tender bits, because Chris and Lucas shared some gooey moments that had me swooning and smiling.
Overall it was a fun, tender, hot, sweet and sensual story, and i really liked it.

Seems like there's still no rest for the tentacled gods and their friends, as there's another threat to the world, only this time it's Chase and Merrick's turn to save the day.
Chase and Merrick together are a lot of fun to read. They're polar opposites and both such delightful characters. Their interactions lighten up the story, which is a lot more gore-y than the previous ones in the series.
Nautilus than Perfect is thrilling and kept me intwined and interested in what is going to happen next. It's fast paced and action filled, as Chase, Merrick and their friends try to eliminate the new threat to the world, while the two protagonists own up to their feelings and finally start a relationship.
I couldn't put the book down and I can't wait for the next one in the series to come out....more

The writing about the characters’ struggles is so descriptive and realistic that I was thrown into their world, in a way that I've felt inside the story myself, walking beside them as they navigated through the highs and lows of their lives. I simply adored these two men and seeing them heal, learning to love themselves and each other.
Yes, some pretty heavy stuff happened to Brody and Kit, and it wasn't easy to witness. But Jackie North wrote everything in a way that felt empowering, raw and real. This story gave me so much and put me through so many emotions. I cried, I laughed, my heary stopped and I was uplifted. I was grinning like a loon reading certain parts and tears making it hard to read in others.

They tried to solve a mystery, with the (un)welcomed assistance of some ghostly friends. As per usual with this author's stories, there were some really funny parts and a host of side characters to kept things interesting and a crazily well thought out plot that had me reading way past my bed time.
For me, Ghost of Lies is a delightful treat. Between the banter, sarcasm, mystery, heat, love, gushy-emotional scenes and the ghosts, I am so on board to keep reading this series!!!...more

The protagonists, Raffety and Jonah, were amazing! And the beautiful thing was that, while quite remarkable as individuals, they were even more so as a couple. I loved them from the start. Jonah was such an easy-going guy, an impulsive and rebellious one, but also one of the most considerate people ever, and completely adorable. Raffety, it was impossible to not love him. Even after all he's been through, he was good natured, with the warmest heart, sometimes maybe too much for his own good.
I loved Raffety and Jonah together. To me, this was an amazing, refreshing romance, but it had a lot more: interesting characters, action, laughter, intrigues, dangers and fun. It is a well rounded up book, and I think everyone can find something to enjoy in here....more

Also, seemed like K.R. wanted to write a book and ended up publishing another, because the blurb didn't match most of the story I've read. Not to mention, there was no character development to speak of and no relationship buildup up between Jack and Luke. I think this had the bare bones to make a great longer book, but, at its current length, it was only rushed, confusing and unconvincing.

Yet, Anyta Sunday managed to surprise me, because she turned a classic into her own story, giving it an unique touch and full force of emotions.
I lost my heart to Elliot and Wentworth from the first pages. From the past to the present, theirs love story was a slow, torturous process. They tugged at my heartstrings as they untangled every misunderstanding and finally, permanently found their place in each other's hearts.
This story made me feel so emotional and happy, and I can't recommend it enough. ...more

I'd always thought that each Weaver would get one mate, therefore I never expected a menage, and absolutely not between two of the Weavers with their third mate.
Of course, there was so much to love about Tangled Warriors. I found an amazing balance between action and romance, all wrapped up in a great plot. I was taken on a thrilling rollercoaster, with dangers around every corner and action scenes blended with sweet and fun moments. The Weavers were awesome as ever, strong and brave, sometimes doubtful and reasonably afraid, and with their bond stronger than ever. And amidst the perils around them, Lucien, Calder and Gio together were simply wonderful. The three men were different, and seeing them fall in love was enchanting. Even with all the danger, they were given the time to know each other, until they became equal partners in their relationship.
This was a brilliant continuation in the The Weavers Circle series and I loved it. Bring on the next book!

The Jock Script just became my favorite of the bunch...so far. It was an amazing combination of laughter, insecurities, angst, emotions and steam that was so much fun to read.
Blake was closeted and he took his time to get into a mindset which worked for him. Asher was adorable and quirky, and together they perfectly balanced each other out. The rapport between them was just endearing. Their open conversations, their doubts, their chemistry... I loved it all. They simply worked as a couple, they were funny, hesitant, sweet and off the charts steamy.
With amazing writing, great characters and a heartwarming romance, The Jock Script was an incredible story that I wholeheartedly recommend.

The world the author has created was complex, albeit a bit confusing at times, with attention given to descriptions and detailed information about people and surroundings. The plot was eventful and moved quickly, with many twists throughout. Besides the protagonists, Nick and Byron, there were many secondary characters, good and bad, that made the story more engaging.
Thing is, though, I liked it but I didn't love it like I was hoping to. The writing was loopy at times and the pacing was off, making me feel completely disconnected. The romance also let me down. Byron and Nick bonded, but more forced by the circumstances and I never felt like they really connected more, so their relationship, overall, went unrealized.

Although the author offered both of Nao and Saehyun's points of view, I felt like seeing them through a slightly opaque screen for most of the book. They were attracted to each other, but they never really talked beyond the superficial, therefore not really knowing each other. They seemed to me more like hook-ups rather than a romantic pairing, but I was engaged in their story, curious to see how they would fair up by the end of the book.
As for the mafia part of the plot, there was violence and gore, but neither the Yakuza nor the Korean gang were as 'organized' as I expected them to be, more like caricatures of such syndicates, which let me down a bit.
What I really appreciated was the amazing setting of Kyoto and the detailed Japanese culture/terminology that the book offered. As a whole, the story kept me intrigued from beginning to the end... with a finale that was quite shocking. I'll definitely read the next book in the series. ...more

Delightfully English in details and with a touch of French charm thanks to Reuben, full of humor and emotions...and lots and lots of tea.
I adored the romance between Reuben and Freddie. They were complete opposite, from their different upbringings to their life experiences and personalities. On paper they didn't make sense, but, through wonderfully written dialogue, they started to know each other. They became friends, discovering each other's layers, until eventually feelings grew and they fell in love with each other.
Reuben and Freddie's romance, their shared moments, was the main focus of To Catch a Fallen Leaf, but what I also appreciated was how much of the story concentrated on life at Rossingley. That meant lots of colorful secondary characters, witty dialogues and banter, and different kinds of relationships that added charm to the book and made it all the more fun to read. I loved it and I can't wait to see what happens next at Rossingley.

It was a book that made me feel love and affection from every bit of dialogue and from every interaction, and that made me believe that second chances and good things happen to good people. No unnecessary angst, just clever, kind people and their journey to happiness, leaving me with an immense feel-good buzz after reading their story. It was told solely from Greg's perspective, but the author's amazing writing made it incredibly easy to envision all the other characters and fall in love with all of them: his two precious twin girls, his family and friends, and especially Aiden.
I loved everything about this story. I felt loss and helplessness, surprise, confusion and determination, absolute joy and love, and every emotion in between, all wrapping up the beautiful romance between Greg and Aiden. A must read!

He cared for every member of his pack, doubted he did enough for them and his inner circle was his council and most importantly, his family. Just like any family, they riled up one another, they bantered and they faught, and their interactions as a group was one of the things I loved most about this book.
Then they found Ethan, just turned into a vampire, and Bash decided to keep him alive. Ethan had to gain their trust while the vampire who turned him maybe influenced his actions and a prophecy that foresaw bloody doom threatened their city. Ethan was sweet and caring, so it was the easiest to be won over by him...Bash certainly couldn't resist him. Ethan and Bash were incredibly attracted to each other and they shared a few moments of intense passion...but would they be given the chance to fall in love and a future together?
I don't want to give any spoilers, because I think this story should be experienced start to finish. For me it's been a thrilling and fun ride. Fear and uncertainty underlined even the most entertaining moments. I loved Bash and Ethan, and the cast of secondary characters were charming and interesting. Surprisingly, even the villain wasn't quite that hateful.
