"Incredibly Versatile and Powerful Work Management Tool, Worth the Investment but Takes Time to Learn"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp is extremely versatile and allows me to create solutions for practically any business case or process. The automations and AI agents are also super powerful! I can setup automatic actions via logic or via AI prompts to run do just about any action in ClickUp I can imagine. Lastly, just the pace of product updates. There are truly significant feature updates every month and the company is heavily invested in its growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Its versatility is also a hurdle: many things are complicated to setup because so much is customizable (unless you just use templates or AI-generated workflows, etc.). Some comparatively basic features in other tools aren't available here, at least yet, like Subfolders. And it can get pretty slow sometimes when there are tons of tasks or fields at play. You can definitely get away with self-implementing ClickUp and not having a real administrator, however a lot of teams really seem to need someone to manage the platform. "User-Friendly and Feature-Rich"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

The sounds, the ability to organize and add as many details as needed. Being able to see the tasks each team member is working on at any given time so you can know who to go to on certain projects. It's very user-friendly, you can upload and add attachments as needed, share public views with clients, and can comment edits right on top of images. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Sometimes when you go to copy a task, it copies all of the attributes with that task, that are within the same folder. That can be a good thing and a bad thing. For example, we have a folder for our social posting clients, they require different fields, but each time you copy, it takes the fields from the other one. In addition, there appears to be quite a few pay walls to do certain tasks, but that is understandable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Project Management Tool That Streamlines Team Productivity"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp has introduced ClickUp AI and enhanced automation features, which make task management much faster. The AI helps write task updates, summarize meeting notes, and even generate project briefs automatically, saving a lot of time. I also like the new dashboard improvements and custom views, which make tracking team performance and progress more visual and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

ClickUp can work on improving its loading speed and performance, especially when switching between large workspaces or dashboards. The mobile app could be smoother and more intuitive. Also, some features have a slight learning curve, so simplifying the user experience and improving onboarding for new users would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All in One Flexibility Keeps Our Team Organized"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like best about ClickUp is its all in one flexibility. I can manage tasks, documents, goals, and dashboards all in one platform. It eliminates the need for multiple tools and keeps everything organized and transparent for the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

There are so many options and settings that it takes time to figure out the best setup for your team. A simpler onboarding experience or more intuitive defaults would make it even better

At times, ClickUp can be a bit slow to load, especially when dealing with large workspaces or complex dashboards. Improving performance and responsiveness would make the experience smoother Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Tool, Despite Slowness in Large Tasks"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I love ClickUp because it makes managing multiple projects simultaneously easier, and it allows me to have task templates and checklists ready, which is excellent for weekly organization and managing the team's time and workload. The switch from Trello to ClickUp was motivated by the additional viewing options, such as Gantt and Calendar, which are extremely useful and something Trello does not offer. Moreover, the Home tab, the ability to set priorities, and time tracking are particularly useful features; the Priorities tab, for example, helps reduce anxiety by allowing me to focus on one task at a time. An exceptional aspect was the ability to create a project template for a residential building, including the timelines of other companies involved, which proves the tool's flexibility. I also like how ClickUp integrates well with other tools I use, such as Google Workspace and Chat GPT. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

At first, ClickUp seems confusing and new collaborators take about a month to fully understand how it works and streamline the work. The speed to load the pages is a problem, especially when a folder has many tasks, which impacts work time and seems to consume a lot of the computer at times. "Customizable, All-in-One Solution That Streamlines Teamwork"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp is a great all-in-one platform for managing tasks and projects. I really like how customizable it is — you can tailor views, dashboards, and workflows based on how your team operates. The ability to set priorities, assign tasks, and track progress in real time keeps everyone aligned. I also find the automations and integrations super helpful for saving time and reducing repetitive work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

While ClickUp has a lot of powerful features, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for new users. Some settings are buried deep within menus, and the mobile app isn’t as smooth as the desktop version. Also, because there are so many options, it sometimes takes a bit of trial and error to get everything set up just right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp Brings Clarity to Chaos, But Feature Overload Can Be Overwhelming"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

what i like best about click up is that it feels like a command center built around clarity.most productivity tools try to simplify work by hiding complexity Click up does it by giving structure to chaos. it does not just manage tasks it maps out how my brain organizes ideas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

what i dislike about clickup is not about what it tracks it is about how much it tries to do at once. sometimes it feels like a brilliant multitasker that forgets to slow down and breathe. the sheer depth of features can be overwhelming, especially when you just want to create something simple and move on. "Powerful and Flexible, but with a bit of a learning curve."
What do you like best about ClickUp?

The best thing about ClickUp is its incredible flexibility and customizability. You can really tailor it to fit any workflow or project management style. The ability to create custom views, dashboards, and fields is amazing. I also love the wide range of features it offers, from task management and time tracking to document collaboration and goal setting. It's truly an all-in-one workspace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The sheer number of features can be overwhelming at first. It takes some time to learn the platform and figure out the best way to set things up for your team. The mobile app, while functional, could be more streamlined. Also, occasionally, performance can be a little sluggish, especially when dealing with large lists or complex dashboards. "ClickUp: A really good Team Management Product"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like best about ClickUp is how it brings everything — tasks, docs, goals, and communication — into one unified platform. The flexibility to customize views (List, Board, Gantt, Calendar) makes it easy to adapt to different workflows. I also love how detailed task management can get, with subtasks, priorities, automations, and integrations all working smoothly. It’s a perfect balance between simplicity and advanced project management features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

ClickUp is a powerful platform, but it can feel a bit overwhelming at first because of how many features it offers. The interface sometimes feels cluttered when managing multiple spaces or projects. Occasionally, loading times can be slower for large workspaces, and the mobile app experience isn’t as smooth as the desktop version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use and easy to configure. Dashboards need improvement."
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp is an excellent tool for tracking tasks, whether you need it for business purposes or personal organization. It is easy to configure, yet also ready to use immediately without requiring any customizations. The platform makes it easy to keep track of your tasks, and you can quickly adjust the views to show or hide specific fields as needed. It allows to view tasks across projects in one view, which is very convenient way to stay on top of priorities without the need to click through projects individually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The dashboards feel somewhat limited in terms of configuration options and how they present the data. They don't provide a clear overview of the project's status, which makes it harder to quickly understand what's happening overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
