What do you like best about Common Room?

We chose Common Room as we believe it offers the best of both worlds - a best-in-class signal capture platform with best-in-class AI agentic capabilities. There is a bit of a learning curve, as there is just SO much data and signals to play around with, but once you get the hang of it you are off to the races. Versus hiring a 60k/year Clay agency, Common Room is a no brainer.

Connecting your other tools via integrations was generally a breeze. Implementation was easy. Customer support and onboarding has been and is top tier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Common Room?

Automations - workflows in particular - sorely need to be beefed up and expanded. There is so much amazing customizable data within Common Room that not being able to manipulate it as far as other workflow tools can be a bit of a bottleneck.

I think some of the the out-of-box integrations need a bit more depth of connectivity - which would serve not just CR's customers but probably the CR implementation team too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Common Room?

Common Room is great at taking lots of data (accounts, website visits, contact information, etc.) and organizing all of it in a way that really speeds up prospecting. It's a big improvement over bouncing back and forth between multiple tools, and I've ended up using it every day.

The level of customizability is also a huge plus. You can organize, segment, and score your contacts by whatever criteria is most useful to your process, which makes prioritizing accounts and prospects much faster and easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good tool for capturing all the intent signals"
What do you like best about Common Room?

1. Most of the intent signal channels are there i.e. Linkedin, Twitter, Job change, website deanonymization et al. They have got plenty in the pipeline too.

2. The UI is super neat and it has never hanged for as long as I have used it. The UX feels intuitive and I am glad it doesn't feel as cluttered as other SaaS tools.

3. Integration with SF is good and syncing data with it is truly seamless. You can easily map the fields and sync just takes 15 mins which is practically realtime.

4. The deanonymization is pretty accurate. However, to ensure higher accuracy they manage to deanonymize pretty small percentage of your traffic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Common Room?

1. Alerts are not customizable. Organization alerts contain nothing more than the organization name which kind of renders the alert useless for our reps.

2. Email digest feature is pretty rigid. If you like to create email digest for your team you won't be able to do it. The rep would have to individually create their own digest alert. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Common Room?

Ability to find qualified leads with less manual work. Love being able to see who has checked out our website recently, who's hiring, who has existing users in my platform so I have a leg up when reaching out to someone to prospect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Common Room is at the forefront of a new movement within outbound sales development. Prospecting is no longer about casting a wide net and hoping to catch something. Cold prospecting has been replaced by warm outbound, which requires the capture of intent signals from your ICP.

I work in the strategic sector so it can be a little hard as some of our SFDC data is up to date.
