What do you like best about Experience.com?

My clients love to give feedback on their experiences and this helps other potential clients to see the level of service we provide. The system is easy to use and I find almost all of my clients respond to the link. The system also allows us to respond and thank them for their trust and consideration when looking for our services. It is a great tool and a great way to show you provide outstanding services. I appreciate the way you can integrate this with other review systems and it posts automatically for us. What do you dislike about Experience.com?

If someone is just a negative person and they write a really negative review - we are not really able to contest what they say. This has only happened a couple times, but sometimes, when a person does this they are not necessarily speaking the truth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Experience.com?

I appreciate the automation and follow up for reviews. I like to ask in person for a review and let them know it's coming, but because Experience.com doesn't just stop after one non-response email, my completed reviews have increased with their systematic approach. What do you dislike about Experience.com?

Since my company doesn't prefer gmail.com usage, it's sometimes hard to link my accounts and follow them at work. I have to see gmail.com alerts on my phone only. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Experience.com?

I love that it automatically asks for the review from the client and agents involved without us having to do it on our own so we never forget. I also love the fact that it links to all social media. Most important and what helps me most is that there are very thoughtful AI responses to the reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Experience.com?

I can't really think of any downfalls. Maybe if there is a party we don't want the reviews to be sent to, but I'm sure there is a way we can stop that if we don't want it to happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Experience.com?

I like that it's a set it and forget it system. I don't need to do anything to maintain it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Experience.com?

I wish the scores were on a scale of 1-10 instead of 1-5. If someone were to rate me a 4 out of 5 on any given part of the loan process, that seems to have a much bigger negative impact than if they had given me a 9 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Experience.com?

My company have worked with Experience.com for several years now. The automatic nature of review requests and notifications when new reviews are received make Experience.com a no brainer. I can't wait to read the reviews. It is a great marketing tool to utilize via the automated post to social option, and other ways my Marketing team uses the top rankings data. The integration of AI with up to 5 choices has been very useful, even if i choose to personalize to some degree. I like that Experience.com suggests the client also shares a Google review. What do you dislike about Experience.com?

I'm not so sure there is a down side. Just getting acclimated to how it works and learning best practices, when we have so many different tools to learn and keep up to date on changes as they occur. Continued/increased efforts by Experience.com to promote more consumers and industry related professionals looking for and relying on Experience.com as one of the primary go-to's for loan originator ratings/reviews.
