I have worked for the Etiwanda School District as an Academic Advisor for the past four years and
have enjoyed every second of if This position allows me to work with our at-risk population,
prnviding them with tools ta be successful inside and outside the classroom. I provide academic as
well as social/emotional support whenever needed. Along with the support, I constantly stay in
contart witJi parents/guardians and maintain studeut conneetions with school activities. I am in
charge ofrunning our parent engagement nights as weil as our Ccllege and Career fair every year. I
believe I would be a great fit for your position because I am conring with experience as well as an
openness to new ideas and structures" As a ccunselor I know how important it is to be flexible and
dedicated, whlch I can promise you I am and will continue to be. Working with students is my
passion and they will always be a top priority of mine.
