Email Sender

If you don't want to send email notifications using the default email and name, you can set up a custom domain.

To set up a custom domain for email notifications, fill in all the required fields:

1. Sender Name – the sender's name that appears in email notification letters;
2. Sender Email – the sender's email that appears in email notification letters;
3. Click the DNS Settings button to specify:

• SPF TXT Record Host – the domain name for which the SPF policy is set;
• SPF TXT Record Value – value specifies which mail servers can send emails for a domain;
• DKIM TXT Record Host – the domain and selector for verifying email signatures;
• DKIM TXT Record Value – public key for verifying email authenticity.

4. Manually check the SPF Status and DKIM Status using the Verify button.

Email Templates

You can configure templates for the following types of events:

• Feedback;
• Forgot your password;
• Billing;
• Low balance;
• Account verification.

To configure the Email Template fill in all the required fields and press the Submit button:

• Subject – the subject of the letter. The default ${subject} macro means the email subject will be equal to the Event field.
• HTML body – the email notification letter's text;
• Macros List – list of all available dynamic macros which will be replaced with actual corresponding values in email notification letter's text.
