Popunder Creatives
Setting up a popunder creative is simple — just a name and a page URL. Read below what you need to do.
A Popunder is an ad format that opens a full webpage in a new browser tab or window behind the active one. Unlike other formats, it doesn't require any visual assets — all you need is the URL of your landing page or the page you want to promote.
To add a Popunder creative, fill in the following fields:
- Creative Name — enter a name to identify this creative;
- Popunder page URL — the URL of the page that opens in the pop-up/pop-under/redirect;
- Advertiser Domain / Bundle — used by SSPs (platforms that control which ads appear on publisher sites and apps) to allow or block your creative. Once you enter the Target URL, the system detects the final destination domain/bundle and suggests it below the field.
Kindly note!We recommend setting the suggested domain/bundle or entering it manually, if the system could not resolve the final destination URL. A missing domain or bundle may affect how SSPs evaluate your creative.
If you need more granular control over creative, expand Advanced Options on the same page.
- Bid Price — overrides the campaign bid price for this creatives.
- Frequency Cap (24 Hours) — banner views by a unique user per 24 hours. Overrides Campaign Frequency Cap for this banner.
- Frequency Cap (30 Days) — banner view by a unique user per 30 days. Overrides Campaign Frequency Cap for this banner.
- Creative Attributes — IAB Creative Attributes used as a targeting option. If an incoming bid request contains them in the 'attr' field, an allow-list is applied. If they are contained in the 'battr' filed, a block-list is applied.
- Creative Category — IAB Category. If an incoming bid request contains them in the 'cat' field, allow-list is applied. If they are contained in the 'bcat' filed, block-list is applied.
Pay AttentionCreative Attributes and Creative Category require the SSP to send this information. If an incoming bid request does not contain these fields, this creative will not be shown.
