Post 206: Card- Cup of Roses

Hi Friends :)

First up, let me wish Stamplorations a very happy birthday :) They are celebrating their 4th birthday. Here is my wishlist from them (Its a long list because I love so many of their products :) )
You can check out their birthday celebrations here

Today, I'd like to share a card I made using a new stamplorations stamp set I hadn't inked up yet. I wanted the loose artsy water colored look in this :)
The sentiment is beautiful, it reads "May your worries be light, your joy be great and your cup overflow" I have kept the colors of the flowers warm in reds and peaches to depict summer and the background is cooler colors.

List of Supplies:

Stamplorations Stamp- A cup of roses
Cutplorations- Crazy Double Running Stitch Rectangle Die
Canson Watercolor Paper
Iris White Cardstock 250 gsm
Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers
Aqua Brush
Versafine Onyx Black Mini Inkpad
Tombow Mono Multi Glue

Post 166: CAS Card: Warm Wishes

Hi friends :)

Thanks for taking the time to visit me here :) I really appreciate it.
I'd like to share a Clean and Simple card today.
This is a top folding standard A2 size card

Synopsis of the Process:

-Die cut the 2 wonky stitched rectangle panels
-Did ink smooshing on the smaller rectangle panel with distress oxides to get warm tones-red, pink and orange. Then layered some distress ink- festive berries on top of some areas to bring out the red more.
-Stamped the image and sentiment in black and then added some details and color to the cup with a fine point pen.
-Created splatter on the small panel with copper perfect pearls and black soot ink. Also, created some splatter on the black washi tape with copper perfect pearls.
- Darkened the edges of the panel with black soot distress ink.
-Adhered the washi tape and panels to the card base.

List of Supplies:

Craftyscrappers Stamp Set - Raving Rain
Cutplorations Double Running Crazy Stitch Rectangle Die
Versafine Onyx Black Mini Inkpad
Distress Oxide Inkpads- Fired Brick, Fossilized Amber, Worn Lipstick
Ranger's Distress Inkpads- Festive Berries and Black Soot
