The Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers - O is for Outer Space!

Edna never fails to amaze me... Who'd have thought she included astronaut among her many talents!

The Sisterhood's newest challenge is truly out of this world: O is for Outer Space.

For some odd reason (which may or may not prove psychologically diagnostic) I felt the need to put a giant cat on the moon and pair it with one of the most famous of all space-related quotes. The cat is from MFT and the spaceship is some very useful clipart. I couldn't find a suitable moonscape so had to resort to drawing one myself so please don't look too closely!

The Sisterhood have created some fabulous outer space cards and there's a Mr Spock to 'Rock your Socks' on offer at Snark Mission Control, so whether you take a small step or a giant leap be sure to head on over and take a look!

Creative with Stamps Challenge #3 - Mid-month Inspiration.

Mid-month inspiration time has come around very, very quickly but thankfully there's still plenty of time to join us over at Creative with Stamps before our current challenge ends.

My card features an Art Impression 'wobbler' called 'I can has Hugz', which I've coloured to look like my cat, Custard.

Custard adores my hubby and will zero in on him for hugs and cuddles whenever possible... Whether it's a convenient moment or not. I think this will make the perfect birthday card for him (that's hubby, not the cat).

We've had some fabulous cards for the current challenge thus far but there's still until the end of the month to join us. Perhaps our mid-month inspiration cards might just encourage you to join us!

Naughty or Nice Challenge #28 - Reminder

It's challenge reminder time over at Naughty or Nice and we're still asking you to Man Up!

My card was a bit of an experiment but I have to say that I quite like the general idea and may use it again.

The dog is from MFT and the sentiment which he is so carefully 'watering' is from Hero Arts.

My teamies have created some brilliant cards for this reminder and I hope they make you laugh as much as they made me laugh... Which was A LOT!

Aging with Attitude!

I just love Art Impressions Stamps and when I should have been making DT cards I was making this card instead!

I've made it for someone who I consider to be my partner-in-crime across the Irish Sea! Happy birthday, Lynne, I hope you're having a fun day!

This daft duo are called  'Laughing' and they always tickle my funny-bone whenever I see them around Blogland. The 'sentiment' is computer generated and seems to fit the bill perfectly for these two troublemakers.

I was recently delighted to discover I'd won Top Spot over at the AI blog and couldn't believe my luck when a lovely package of stamps arrived from these kind people.

Happy crafting everyone!

The Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers - V is for Vrooooom!

Well, just take a look at Edna... Doesn't she look simply splendid this week!

The new challenge over at the Sisterhood is V is for Vroooom!

I knew straight away which stamp I'd be reaching for but wasn't quite sure how to use it. Then this idea came into my head. The stamp is called Snoopy's Chopper and it's an oldie from Stampabilities.

The Sisters have had loads of fun with this challenge so head on over at top speed and take a look!

Celebrating Godelieve!

The lovely, and very talented, Godelieve (AKA Stamping Matilda) is celebrating 10 years of blogging!

I've been following her fabulous blog for quite a few of those 10 years and cannot begin to express my gratitude for all the inspiration and crafty support I've had from this lady over the years.

Each Saturday Godelieve creates something in black and white. Today she has a tag which sums up her 10 years of blogging/stamping perfectly!

I made these two small fridge magnets as a 'homage' to this series!

Thanks, Godelieve, you give so much to our crafting and blogging community and are truly one in a million.

May Card Chain Challenge

Yes, there's another lovely Card Chain Challenge Reveal to be enjoyed over at Deborah's blog.
Deborah's colour palette gave me the chance to reach for some green card and surprisingly (not) her theme of Dogs gave me yet another opportunity to ink-up this adorable Katzelkraft pup.

Okay, note to self: 'put the Katzelkraft stamps awaaaaaay!'

I sent my card to Agata in Switzerland and am waiting for my card from Jerrie in Wisconsin to swim the Atlantic!

If you'd like to join the June Chain you can sign-up here for another six days.

Happy crafting everyone.

Sadly, I'm one of the girls saying 'farewell, and thank you' as I'm feeling the pressure of my DT commitments right now. Creative with Stamps Challenge #3 - Manly Cards

It's time to celebrate the guys in our lives over at Creative with Stamps this month!

Monika, Lillian and the team have created a selection of great inspiration for those oh, so hard to make masculine cards!

To be honest I'm not sure how 'butch' and manly my card actually looks. I used a supposedly masculine colour palette plus design paper from the Teresa Collins He Said range but at a push I'd say the card is still fairly unisex!

The sweet dog, and his airborne bone are by Katzelkraft and the sentiment is from MFT's adorable set Birthday Bears. The balloon is by WPlus9 (Party Animal).

Want to get some great inspiration AND check-out our sponsors? Then head over to Creative with Stamps for all the information about this super fun challenge!

Naughty or Nice Challenge #28 Man Up!

With Father's day on the horizon the NoN team have decided to Man Up! and tackle those tricky masculine cards!

I'm sending a big, manly slap on the back to Danielle for this graphic... Isn't it brilliant?

I've had this card idea in my head for aaaaages and have to say I'm delighted with how it turned out.

Once again, my Katzelkraft stamps have been on overdrive as I love both the Cats and Dogs sets and just can't stop using them! I thought the expression on this cat's face was hilarious and knew he'd be perfect combined with the gift-wrapped bone and a snarky sentiment.

The Troublemakers have had a brilliant time with this theme so why not head on over and take a look at their fun, and fabulously cheeky, offerings!
