Anime[edit]
Digimon Tamers[edit]
- Voice Actor:
Takahashi Hiroki |
Derek Stephen Prince
When Impmon accepted an offer from Caturamon for power, he evolved to Beelzebumon. He tried to kill the Tamers and their Partner Digimon, and eventually stabbed Leomon, Katou Juri's partner, with his Darkness Claw, killing him and sending Juri to a deep depression for the remainder of the season. This enraged Matsuda Takato, who forced Megalo Growmon to evolve into Megidramon to kill Beelzebumon, but he went on a rampage and eventually reverted to Guilmon. Following that, Takato and Guilmon Matrix Evolved together into Dukemon, who nearly killed Beelzebumon. However, Beelzebumon was spared by Juri. Alongside Zhuqiaomon, Beelzebumon's murder of Juri's Leomon is a major contributor to the D-Reaper's re-awakening and subsequent rampage across both the human and Digital Worlds, as this action allowed the D-Reaper a human vessel that it could use to "validate" its insane rationalizations on why all living things must be eradicated.
By the time Beelzebumon appeared again, he was determined to repent for his sins, and evolved further into Blast Mode.

Digimon World Re:Digitize Decode[edit]
Beelzebumon is one of the Seven Great Demon Lords who mobilized into Binary Castle after learning of Vitium. Nicolai Petrov was the first to find him and ordered him to hand over his Garbage Data, but Beelzebumon refused, wanting to protect the Memorial Stella at all costs, then opened fire on Nico and Sashenka. Taiga then arrived. Beelzebumon explained he knew of the enormous power held in that place and how someone must be chosen to wield it, so it guarded that place to test those who considered themselves worthy. After being beaten by Digimaru and Sashenka, Beelzebumon entrusted the power to help the weakest of the weak to Taiga and Nico, then vanished. The Memorial Stella was then restored and Taiga took the Garbage Data. This unlocks Beelzebumon as an evolution for Digimaru.
During the Scheme of the Demon Lords chapter (策謀の魔王篇 Sakubō no Maō-hen), on the 80th floor of the Digitower, Taiga and Nico found Beelzebumon trying to stop Barbamon. However, the latter easily blocked his shots. Beelzebumon told Taiga he ran into Barbamon by chance, and was angry at how Barbamon would torture Digimon in a prison. Beelzebumon wanted to take care of Barbamon himself but couldn't do it, so he asked Taiga to catch him off-guard. However, even Digimaru and Beelzebumon fighting together weren't enough to do so, so Taiga and Nico went back to the 70th floor to find a weapon in the cells. Said weapon turns out to be the Digicore of Lucemon, who Barbamon tortured to death, which took Barbamon down and forced it to retreat, then became Lucemon: Falldown Mode. In that form, he kills Beelzebumon with a single Dead or Alive, then leaves to pursue Barbamon. As his power leaves his body, Shinomiya Rina wonders if she must absorb it. Beelzebumon, realizing Rina has Decode, tells her to seek Leviamon in the Dark Area, since with its power they had a chance at defeating Lucemon: Falldown Mode and Barbamon. Beelzebumon then fades away, leaving his power behind, but immediately realizes there's something wrong in the structure of a program and how they played straight into someone's hands. Rina then absorbs his power, which leaves her in great pain.
Taiga meets Beelzebumon again on the 60th floor of Infinity Mountain as Beelzebumon (X-Antibody).

Beelzebumon is the Partner Kemonogami of Shinonome Kaito. From Part 9 onwards in any route except Harmony, Kaito and Dracumon attempt to protect a Palmon from a Mega Seadramon, but are incapable of beating it without a plan. Kaito refuses Palmon's request to leave him behind, as Shinonome Miu cares about him and he does not want her to suffer again. Kaito wishes for power to protect Miu and what she cared about, and to crush his enemies; Dracumon asks him to believe in him and wish as hard as he could, and said wish causes Dracumon to evolve into Beelzebumon.
Beelzebumon is also a playable Kemonogami which can be obtained as both a Partner and a Free Kemonogami. It's an Attack-type, Wrathful (Virus)-attribute, Ultimate-level Kemonogami. Its unnamed Attack is Darkness Claw (220 power, 0 SP, deals Dark damage to target) and its special attack is Double Impact (300 power, 80 SP, deals Dark damage to target). Its Passive Skill is Berenjena (Low chance of dealing damage and breaking the opponent's guard when attacking). Beelzebumon's evolutions differ depending on whether it is the Partner Beelzebumon or a Free Beelzebumon:
- Partner Beelzebumon evolves from Vamdemon. This evolution is obtained by clearing the aforementioned event.
- Free Beelzebumon evolves from Vamdemon and Archnemon.
Digimon: Source Code[edit]
Digimon Story: Time Stranger[edit]
In the side mission "Premonitions of Love", Minervamon in Rebellion Village sent Yuki Dan/Yuki Kanan to someone as cool as the motorcycle thief of the movie she had watched earlier to understand what love was, and to get info, she sent the Agent to talk to Tanemon, who she thought had to know a lot about Digimon considering it played Jogmon. Tanemon did indeed know of the one Digimon that rode a motorcycle: Beelzebumon. With that knowledge, the Agent must then speak to Minervamon with a Beelzebumon in their active party. Minervamon acts oddly at seeing the Demon Lord riding Behemoth, which just confuses Beelzebumon.
Back at her house in Central Town, in the side mission "Minervamon's Decision", Minervamon tells the Agent something she only trusts them with, not even her little siblings (Apollomon and Dianamon), namely that another Beelzebumon had appeared in the Factorial Area. As this was one of the Seven Great Demon Lords, a being that could destroy the world, Minervamon felt hesistant to go alone and asked the Agent to accompany her. There, Beelzebumon told them his guns and bike were out of commission, threatening to kill the Agent and Minervamon once they were fixed. While the Agent wanted to take the chance to kill Beelzebumon, Minervamon refused to do it, as she'd be unsatisfied with such a victory, so she offered to help Beelzebumon repair his equipment. Beelzebumon accepted their help and sent the parts needed to fix his guns and bike, namely one Iron Texture, to the Agent's Digivice. After obtaining the Iron Texture, Beelzebumon accepts to fight the Agent and Minervamon at 120% power and Mode Changes to his Blast Mode.
While Apollomon and Dianamon charged up an attack to destroy the hole in Akashic Ragnarok in "The Final Battle over the Natural Order", the group heard the roaring of a motorbike. A copy Beelzebumon riding Behemoth then came out of the hole. The appearance of one of the Seven Great Demon Lords scared Apollomon and Dianamon but Minervamon told them to keep charging up as they could take care of a copy. Much like the real one, the copy Beelzebumon then entered its Blast Mode to fight the Agent, Aegiomon and Minervamon.
Beelzebumon is a Virus-type, Ultimate level Digimon of the Passionate personality. It evolves from Astamon or Death Meramon if their HP is 2500 or above, their Attack is 2340 or above and their Speed is 2960 or above, and if the player's Agent Rank is 7 or higher. The stat requirements can be cut by up to 4.71x through Agent Skills. Its signature moves are Double Impact (24 Steel physical damage to one foe; 10% Critical Hit rate; 70% Accuracy; hits 5 times; bonus damage against foes with the Angel gene) and Darkness Claw (100 Physical dark damage to one foe; 50% chance to apply Injury; bonus damage against foes with the Holy gene). It is doubly weak to Light, weak to Water, resists Null and blocks Dark. It can evolve further into Beelzebumon: Blast Mode.
