인슐린양성장인자결합단백질4는 IGFBP4유전자에 [5][6][7]의해 인체 내에서 부호화되는 단백질이다.
기능.
이 유전자는 인슐린 유사성장인자결합단백질(IGFBP) 계열의 일원으로 IGFBP 도메인과 티로글로불린 Type-I 도메인을 가진 단백질을 암호화한다.단백질은 인슐린 유사 성장인자(IGF) I과 II를 모두 결합하고 글리코실화 및 비글리코실화 형태로 혈장 내에서 순환합니다.이 단백질의 결합은 IGF의 반감기를 연장하고 세포 표면 [8]수용체와의 상호작용을 변화시킨다.IGFBP-4는 독특한 단백질로 체내 및 체외에서 여러 암세포를 지속적으로 억제한다.그 억제 작용은 전립선과 대장에서 생체 내에서 나타났다.그것은 모든 대장암 세포에서 분비된다.
임상적 의의
단백질 자체가 [9]암의 형성을 막는 것은 아니다.그러나 그것은 암의 성장을 감소시키고 아포토시스 인자로 작용할 수 있다.
상호 작용
IGFBP4는 인슐린 유사 성장인자 1과 [10][11]2와 상호작용하는 것으로 나타났다.
