E is for Earth Bound Animals

Today there is a new challenge over at Alphabet Challenges.

For the letter E we have Earth Bound Animals.

For my card, I have again partly CASEd a card in the 

Creative Stamping #03 magazine, using a stamp from the

Go Wild set of stamps -manufactured by Crafty Individuals.

For the background I used a Circles embossing folder. 

Lightly blended Worn Lipstick DI partly over the card.

I used the leaves, sentiment and llama stamps from the set.

Added a paper sentiment. 

If you like animals and you enjoy stamping I highly 

recommend this Go Wild set.

More Than One Fold

For my card, I CASE'd the example given in a magazine

which also had the free set of stamps I used. 

Creative Stamping Magazine #3 - Stamps are Go Wild-

Manufacturer is Crafty Individuals Stamps. 

This is called a Bridge card - it is kept in position by,

in this case, a piece of acetate.

Hello again, thanks for your visit.  Today we begin a

new challenge at Alphabet Challenges  - Helen has

chosen for the letter C

C is for Checks either stamps or papers.

I used some check paper from my stash for the background,

My main image is a Hare by Crafty Individuals, with 

flowers from my stash. 

I first stamped and masked the hare, then blended 3 DI

to create the background, added water drops, glitter 

for stars. Removed the mask, lightly coloured the hare,

then added a little glitter to the moon.

Holiday

Hello, we began a new challenge today at MTTC

My Time To Craft.

We would like to see anything to do with a holiday time, 

totally your choice. Why not pop over to the blog to see

I created a background with 3 Distress Oxides blended.

I stamped on with a cracked texture on the project. 

The acutal card was blended around the edges with 

the Spiced Marmalade DO -  then stamped with the cracked texture 

stamp. The main image is a Woodware stamp - Paris Collage.

My interpretation of a holiday.

The butterflies are fussy cut from a Crafty Individuals 

paper pad of butterlies and flowers. 

Boo! Halloween

Not surprisingly, it being the time of the year we are asking

For my card, I have aimed for the younger male.

The background consists of DI blending, some ink sprays,

The Whitby Abbey stamp from Crafty Individuals, several stamps from 

within my Halloween collection of stamps. The main character of

Count Dracula is by Crafty Sentiments, coloured with Promarkers.

The main card is black cardstock. The glitter edging is strips of 

double sided tape sprinkled with fine silver glitter

Hi, welcome to my blog. Today we are starting a new

two week challenge at Cardz 4 Galz, chosen my me,

problems these days with real stitching, which was once a great

Hi, thanks for your visit, today starts our new challenge at

For my card, I matted two sheets of paper from a very old book onto

black card. I distressed the edges,  and blended withVintage Photo DI.

A Sketch at MTTC

Hi, here we are once again at MTTC, My Time To Craft, it's been a while since we challenged you with a sketch, so we hope you enjoy this one which is easy, but as you can see from the wonderful DT projects, the variety is amazing. For my card, I created it on a 6" square card, the background script and butterfly paper is from a pad Vintage 1 by Multi Craft. I blended all the edges with Vintage Photo DI. The centre panel is white card, again blended with Vintage Photo, the stamp is from Crafty Individuals CI 302, coloured with Promarkers. Lace edging added, pearls, and a sentiment. I enjoyed making this card, I have a few friends who are in need of a little cheer at present, I hope this card will help.

For the letter L at Alphabet Challenges we are asking you to provide us with Lace, in any way you choose. We all have a little lace lying around somewhere, or a Lace stamp, or butterfly. this week both teams A and B are joining forces, so there are twice as many wonderful inspirational projects for you to view, so please do pop over to the blog to check them out.  I used a shaped card. Matted and layered card which I coloured with various Distress Inks. The stamps used are from Crafty Individuals - CI 328 and Creative Expressions - Antique Dressforms. It's been a while since I made a tag,  I do enjoy making them, they can be so different. For this next week at Cardz 4 Guyz ,( my own little baby, my first challenge blog),  Jan from the DT has chosen our challenge ~ TAG IT! Bingo Board

It's been a while since I enjoyed a game of Bingo, but this is my kind of Bingo. When I first came across Craft bingo Boards I found them difficult now I find it so helpful, for it gives me 3 items I must include in my card, which leads me in a good direction, the rest as they say is left to your imagination. I stamped the main image onto patterned paper, then re-stamped the ladies onto white card, coloured with Promarkers and re-dressed the ladies - called Paper Piecing.

S is for Scary at Alphabet Challenge

Not many days to go till it's Halloween - so no wonder Sheena at Alphabet Challenge has chosen S is for

SCARY .  Here I used a black card. The main image has been created, first by colouring the sky and the ground, using Distress Inks, an image of Whitby Abbey, from Crafty Individuals, the ghouls long stamp was from Tandastamps, sadly no longer in business. A light spray appropriately of Desert Moon Horny Toad Teal. I wish all the Halloween enthusiasts a Spooky - Scary time and for everyone else please just ignore we ghouls, but have fun making a project for our Scary theme.
