A TEST RECORD FOR TESTING YOUR EQUIPMENT WHEN YOU'RE PRESSING RECORDS???

So... This is a pretty weird one, it's a metal plate with vinyl over it, only a few tracks on one side, the other side is empty, there's a guy talking "Hey you!!! Engineer! Get that Groupie off ya and get off your fuckin' limen tool!!! Your machines are DOWN!!! This is the ampex stand and alignment tape... From the Bronx!!!" and more and then there's a bunch of tones....

Never seen anything like this :)
