One of the holy "Royal Knights", it possesses the powers of the wyvern. It is a unique being among the Royal Knights, in that it serves the lord who embodied its own sense of justice with deep, unquestioning loyalty. For example, for the sake of its own justice, it won't hate its lord even if they are called "Evil". For that reason, it has a strong spirit of chivalry and bushido, with a character that honors devotion, fidelity, and courtesy. With its tenacious, dragon-like power, and dragon armor made from high-purity Chrome Digizoid, it boasts unparalleled strength. Its Special Moves are firing energy shots from the palms of its hands, with all the attributes of the Ten Warriors (Dragon's Roar), and transforming its body's energy into an aura of a gigantic wyvern (Breath of Wyvern).

Dynasmon is one of the main characters in the game. It used to wield Armamon in the past in order to protect the LS-tou Zone from outside invaders. In the ages of conflict, Dynasmon had the strongest Weapon Digimon as a partner, but it was a Weapon Digimon so powerful that it got consumed by its own power and as a consequence forgot the mission of protect their Zone. Dynasmon did everything to seal an out-of-control Armamon away in Lost Space, but in the battle, its Digicore got severely damaged.

Subsequently, it rewrote the system of the Earth Fort and used the power of the Capacitator System in order to mantain the data stable, to the point that if Dynasmon went far away from the system, the data would disappear, which could explain why it cannot make contact with Xros Heart at an earlier time point. It then sealed Spadamon's memories in order to protect it from the ROG Organization twisted plans, and so it can make it become the strongest of the Legend-Arms.

It later on instructs Spadamon to remove the protection that it is in Sky Fort in order to restore the system, which makes Dynasmon's data eventually disappear.

Digimon Story: Time Stranger[edit]

Dynasmon is one of the Royal Knights. Yggdrasill sends Yuki Dan/Yuki Kanan to find them and get them to their rendezvous point in Central Town in the side mission "Royal Knights, Assemble!".

During the side mission "Duels Must Be Fair", Sagisaka Hiroko got a mysterious tip about a cosplayer that was actually a Digimon in Shinjuku. Going to investigate the tip alongside the Agent, they found Dynasmon, who kept challenging the people around him to duels, only for them to take it as a joke. The Agent was no exception for the Royal Knight's wish. After the Agent accepted the duel, Dynasmon explained to them that he was testing the chivalry of humans to see if they were worthy of Yggdrasill's orders and, therefore, refused to hold back.

Dynasmon is the first boss of the side mission "Duels Must Be Fair". Other than normal attacks, he can use Magic Reflect and Breath of Wyvern. He is weak to Plant.

After Dynasmon was defeated, he acknowledged the Agent's strength. Then, a Digital Gate opened and a Megadramon appeared from it. Dynasmon could feel its strength and asked the Agent to fight it alongside him, as he could not beat it alone and they couldn't let the bystanders get hurt. During the fight, Dynasmon can use Nanomachine Break III and Breath of Wyvern.

Defeating Megadramon convinces Dynasmon that the Agent is worthy of carrying out Yggdrasill's orders so he leaves for the rendezvous point. There, Dynasmon told the agent that Lord Knightmon had not arrived yet despite saying he would. He was doing an investigation in Akihabara, so Dynasmon asked the Agent to keep an eye out for him if he went there. This is the side mission "The Beautiful Knight Corps".

However, after Lord Knightmon's arrival, they soon started quarreling, with Dynasmon criticizing Lord Knightmon taking an army with him and falling behind in his swordsmasnship in comparison to said army, considering he needed the Agent's help to defeat them. Lord Knightmon argued he could've done it on his own and merely accepted the Agent's help, but regardless, to prove his swordsmanship, he asked the Agent to bring Grademon to him, though he had no idea where Grademon even was. Behind Lord Knightmon's back, Dynasmon told the Agent Grademon was competing in the High-Rise Colosseum and sent the Agent to defeat Grademon before he fought Lord Knightmon, as the side mission "A Display of Beautiful Swordplay". However, the Agent instead told Lord Knightmon, who quickly left for the Colosseum. After he did so, Dynasmon asked the Agent if he had been too harsh on Lord Knightmon. He had merely wanted to stop his ally's recklessness but made the situation worse instead, so he asked the Agent to pursue Lord Knightmon and make him keep a cool head.

All 13 Royal Knights showed up in an Outer Dungeon to save the Agent and Hiroko from Mugendramon in the side mission "An Odd Letter". Omegamon explained they had felt an enormous power and rushed to their aid, though they couldn't all fight in such a small space so they allowed the Agent to choose who'd help them.

All the Royal Knights showed up to fight Chronomon, destroying his Kotowari no Kyozetsu barrier with a barrage of their signature moves, then left. This was necessary, as said barrier could not be broken by anyone who lived under the rules of Iliad, but the Royal Knights were from another world and the situation was desperate enough to allow them to interfere with the natural order of Iliad.
