AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, LOU JEAN PARADERO DELICANO, of legal age, resident of Barangay


Labon, Sulop, Davao del Sur, Filipino, after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law, depose and state THAT:

1. I am the legally married wife of ALFREDO LAGAHIT NGOHO, JR., Filipino,


resident of Zone 8, Purok Banualan, Tambler, General Santos City;

2. We were married on April 22, 2014 and lived together as husband and wife
from such date until February 24, 2019 at his residence in General Santos City;

3. That due to irreconcilable differences, he and I decided to part ways and live
separately in different homes;

4. That I was informed by my husband that at present he is in a romantic


relationship with a person named DANITA MONTOJA RACAZA, female,
Filipino, and of legal age;

5. That I am aware that my husband and his partner are cohabiting and living
together at his residential address in General Santos City;

6. That I have been informed by my legal counsel that the act of my husband
and his partner of living together is tantamount to the crime of Bigamy as well as
other applicable penal offences, and that he can be prosecuted and convicted of
said crimes in a court of law;

7. That after careful consideration as well as consultation with my legal counsel,


I hereby manifest that I am not interested in filing any criminal complaint against
my husband and his live-in partner;

8. This Affidavit of Desistance should, however, not be understood as a waiver or


relinquishment of any of my rights to pursue any legal action that I may file in
connection with any act or omission that the accused may commit in the future;
9. I hereby waive my right to file any criminal case against my husband in
connection with his having engaged in a romantic relationship with his partner
DANITA MONTOJA RACAZA;

10. I fully understand the legal consequences of this Affidavit of Desistance; and

11. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing


statements.
