Feral Friday A Very Stabby Birthday

Hola kitties! This was hell week for The Cat. The only good thing was I learned when my real and true birthday was and it just passed. You can still send cards and gifts anyway. Over the years, the peeps have been given a number of random dates. The date was … heh heh … seriously it will be revealed at the end of the post. I'm stunning but I'm shrewd too.

I was drugged with my breakfast but did put up a fight getting into the PTU (prisoner transport unit). We got to ride in Aunt Theresa's new wheels.

G-d Save the Cat (I Mean it Man!)

Hola kitties! Saturday didn't quite go as planned. TW and Pop got up early—well Pop gets up early every day but not TW. They did me wrong. Very wrong.

I got up for breakfast around 4:15 a.m. Then when I woke up again at 7 a.m. TW was preparing a second breakfast for me. Score! Right? No it tasted funny and there was hard, bitter white specks in it. I tried to eat around the biggest piece. Then we both went back to bed.

Appreciate the Moments—Spring

Hola kitties! Most anipals and humans love Spring as it's a time of rebirth when the weather warms up enough for window whiffies and time in the catio if you're lucky enough to have one. I beg to differ. I must say I'm not appreciating the moments this month but I am participating in the Appreciate the Moments, a photo challenge which goes live the first Friday of each month with a new prompt. April's prompt is Spring.

Dateline: last Wednesday. The cat ponders. "Hmmm, it's Wednesday and Pop isn't getting ready for work. I hope he isn't sick or hasn't gotten downsized. Maybe he's just taking some me-time otherwise known as PTO, unless 45 has signed an executive order doing away with paid time off. I'll just keep aware of my surroundings until I find out what's happening."
