Hola kitties! Another week has ended and another weekend begins. Today is National Coloring Day. My art today isn't a coloring page since I did one last month. I hope to have a new one on my Facebook page sometime today whenever TW lends me her time and opposable thumbs.
Hola kittties. No, the title isn't referring to those crop tops young humans wear that show things we cats don't wish to see. At least if TW wore one, I wouldn't want to see it. Hope you enjoyed my last post. Strange things happen around here for sure. Stranger things happen but are cropped out of our lives and our fotos. Today's Flashback Friday Foto pic certainly illustrates the need to crop the fotos TW takes.
Hola kitties! We’ve been having some severe thunderstorms in the hood. TW had the nerve to storm shame me on her FB page! She—the one who needs a thunder shirt. The truth is that I remembered something I needed to do in my office UTB. That’s why she saw me scamper under the bed. I admit the timing was bad since it was seconds after a huge flash of lightning and crash of thunder. I’m a feral kitty and I’m not scared of anything. End of story but not this post.
Hola kitties! Pop says I'm a feral [bleep] only he said an HBO word. The other day Pop was working at home. I jumped on the chair next to him. He started to say "You're the best cat in the world" only instead of world he yelled OUCH! cos I'd bitten him. He wasn't even touching me. That's how I roll. Yeah, I guess I do still harbor a feral streak which is why I call my Friday posts Feral Friday.
Hola kitties! We've made it to Friday! Whoa! Did we have some bad t-storms last night! I'll be writing more about them next week. I was fine but I do have a funny story to relay. I have some other business to attend to before then. I'm a cat and I don't like to get political but I can't figure out a way to answer today's fill-ins any other way. I'll try to keep it short.
Hola kitties! I have to extend another birthday wish today. I'm beginning to feel like Phil Rizzuto. I've heard during every broadcast, he used to send birthday wishes to lots of people. Maybe I should start requesting that readers send in their birthdays with their number requests. Anyhoo …
Hola kitties. This has been a tough week for TW. What are the chances that the same time our washer/dryer is down that the laundry room in our building is also down? Apparently it's a hunnert percent cos that's what's happening. She's behind on her housework and trying to make time to apply for Medicare but there's so many other pressing things. Poor poor pitiful TW. But what about The Cat? My blog doesn't type itself!
Hola kitties! We're doing a three-part post today so pour yourself a cuppa joe and relax. If you'll notice the background color on the lead graphic is orange. I'm honoring Angel Crockett from Lone Star Cats who met with a horrible accident this past week. His brofur Travis axed that we wear orange to pay tribute. We don't post on Saturday and I don't wear clothes so this image color will have to do.
Hola kitties! Whoa! You bet I'm frenzied! I thought TW started this post days ago. It's 5:30 Tuesday and the Yankee game starts in one hour and there's thunderstorms on the way. I guess she won't be watching the game tonight cos we've got work to do. OK, get your herbal ice tea. Sheesh. Get ready, Woman, cos it's time to start moving your stubby fingers on the keyboard.
Hola kitties! This week's fill-ins look to the past and the future. My flashback fotos are in the past and there is a DJ gig in my future. This is gonna be a busy weekend for me. Saturday is the annual #Chilipawty and I'm spinning tunes again at 9pm Eastern time. This year's Chilipawty benefits Northeast Animal Rescue (@NARcats) in Philadelphia, PA. Come for the pawsome prizes, stay for the noms and music!
Hola kitties! TW is still slacking off. Can you believe it? Maybe my teeth aren't sharp enough or—GASP!—she just doesn't care about me or this blog anymore. What kind of "life" can be more important to taking my dictation three times a week? Dunno if I can take this stress anymore so today I yakked all over TW's yak rug while she was eating her yogurt parfait. I tried again on the runners in the hall which certainly got her attention. At least the goof-off had an excuse not to do the post while she was cleaning the rug.
Hola kitties! They don't call me Stunning Keisha for nothing as today's post will prove—NOT that I need to prove anything about my stunningness. It's there for everyone to see 24/7/365. This post also proves that TW did, in fact, take some shots that are in focus. Do you like my new Foto Frenzy header?
Hola kitties! The title will have meaning when you look at both Flashback Foto Frenzy picks. Incredible how that happens when two compatible fotos come out from the randomizer. Speaking of incredible, can you believe that once again the peeps have given up eating meat twice a week for Lent? They do this to me every year cos giving up meat is easier for them then giving up chocolate. Once again, The Cat suffers for the peeps' sins. Literally.
Hola kitties! Ready for another duo of Flashback Friday Foto Frenzy Fails and some fill-ins? I am but I don't think TW is quite ready. MOL! Her bookkeeping is shady to say the least. She's losing track of who chose which fotos. I may have to throw the numbers we have out the window and give a call for requests to show every Friday. I know you guys don't disappoint. I'd like to get more cats participating so don't be shy to call out a number between 21 and 8919. I called this Feral Friday September Girl Cat Edition since both flashbacks are from September of their respective years.
Hola kitties! How was your week. Yesterday we had intruders. About a year and a half ago, we were supposed to get new windows. At that time, the peeps had to remove all their clutter and furniture from around the windows so they could be measured. The powers that be felt the need to remeasure all those windows which meant once again rearranging all the furniture. I suppose now we'll wait another year and a half to get the new windows. As much as TW is looking forward to getting new windows that will keep drafts out, we're both not looking forward to the inconvenience. The workers and noise will no doubt scare me and the peeps are afraid if they remove all the windows at once, I'll make a run for it—out the window.
Hola kitties! It's been a busy week. Moo arrived in the condo and the other stuffie cows have been treating her like royalty. It's pathetic. I'm the only royalty around these parts. Monday the peeps got to watch fireworks celebrating the Chinese New Year. Apparently it's the Year of the Pig. The jury is still out on pork. While I like the New Year's ham, I'm not entirely sold on pork cat food. Luckily, there are no stuffie pigs in residence to go along with the cows or I'd think I lived in a barn.
Hola kitties! This has been a slow week around the condo. Spring arrived for a few days with temperatures in the 60s so TW has been taking advantage and going out and doing things like getting her fur cut. Meanwhile The Cat sits home by herself. Tuesday night TW was still wondering what to post about.
Hola kitties! Many thanks for all the Gotcha Day wishes. I read each and every one. My fundraiser runs for a few more days and I need just $45 to reach my modest goal. An update to the news about UCFCC is that the mayor of U.C. told the lawyer to stop any legal action regarding seizing the trailer. This is pawsome news that came down on my Gotcha Day. It was just one of the things that made my day special.
Hola kitties! Welcome! Welcome to my world. I have some exciting news! My 13th Gotcha Day is coming up later this month and I set up a fundraiser on FB for the Union City Feral Cat Committee, which as you might know provides TNR, vaccinations, vet care and adoptions for our local cat colonies. They have no administrative costs. All money raised goes for medical care, meds and food for the cats. UCFCC receives no outside funding other than member fundraisers like this one. You can see some of their adoptable cats on PetFinder. Here's the link to donate if you can. No amount is too small. Thanks to those who already donated.
Hola kitties! Another post that's coming in under the wire at the last minute. She's so late we can't even post any art. TW blames me, of course, just cause I wanted her to play with me all morning. Thank you for all the kind words the past few days. Pop could use some purrz cos he slipped and hurt his ankle and foot. They're swollen bad. He has a doctor's appointment today.
