Hola kitties! Are you ready for DJ CK to play a few amazing tunes? I like participating in the Monday Music blog hop but you know what this kitteh isn't quite down with? Those freebie weeks when we get to choose our own prompts. There are just so many songs and themes that float through my stunning head. After trying to settle on a theme all week, last Thursday a few songs presented themselves that were new to me although they shouldn't be.
Hola kitties! Contrary to the post title this Music Monday post isn't gonna be song titles that include the words mom, dad, aunt and uncle. This week is a freebie meaning I can share whatever songs I darn well feel like. Truth be told, TW does most of the choosing cos I'm not an audiophile so she better have chosen a good theme that I approve of.
Hola kitties! It's April 1st! April Fool's Day! For Music Monday this week I followed the prompt but turns out all the tunes I chose come from bands where one of the members worked in a record store so there's a second theme. How cool it must be to work in a record/music store.
Hola kitties! Are you ready to dance? I like to give myself a challenge which is why I forced TW to take part in the Pet Blogger Challenge last week. It made her depressed for days but I was happy cos I got comments and traffic.Woohoo! My challenge today is the prompt of this Music Monday. Normally I wouldn't participate but, you know, the challenge.
Hola kitties! It's been a hot week in our neck of the woods. OK, we don't live in the woods per se but it's still been hot. Pop worked at home Tuesday and Wednesday cos the heat index was close to a hunnert. We also had some nasty thunderstorms. I liked the music theme this week so decided to roll with it and share some tunes. I know what you're thinking—I only post like once a week and this isn't a real post. I'm a cat and I have catitude. My blog and some people like listening to some tunes.
I consider myself lucky. I'm an only cat. Every piece of cat furniture and every morsel of cat food in the condo belongs to me. I don't have to fight to get the best cat bed or the best sun puddle or to use the litter box first after it's been cleaned. I am numero uno. Many cats aren't so lucky.
Hola kitties. Lots happening around the condo this weekend. First, some bad news. I know you guys have been purring loudly for Aunt Pauline—and we all appreciate it very much—but she's back in hospital after having had a setback. What you may not know is many decades ago, it was Aunt Pauline who always carried a bag of kibble in her purse to feed the stray cats she passed on the way to and from the subway. Her family had a colony of feral cats in their backyard that they fed and built enclosures for. TW admired that and followed her example. To this day, she always carries food for the community cats in her bag.
Hola kitties! I know I've been MIA this week. We're doing the big hard drive backup so we can hook up the new computer this weekend. We have an external hard drive backup but wanted a cloud backup just to be on the safe side We thought this would go faster if we didn't use the computer but it still is slow as molasses so here I am. I missed you guys so I wanted to say Hola.
Another week is almost over but before we begin I have the sads. Aunt Pauline is ailing and had surgery Monday. She's very sicky but I know with some special healing purrz, positive thoughts and the Power of the Paw, she'll be good as new soon. She's a big fan of this blog. Get well soon, Aunt Pauline! We all love you!

Hola kitties! I'm still recovering from the #SciFiPawty. Heh! They put a bar in the DJ booth, if you can believe that. If you missed my set, here's the link so you can go back and follow it. I didn't have time for the entire playlist but it's good to have a few songs in reserve in case the DJ after me is late or something. We raised about $1000 for One By One Cat Rescue. I hope some funds were raised during my set.
