I'm going to do something different this week. We're gonna do some work in the computer room rather then in my art studio. I got my Mac all set up so gather 'round. I want to share with you how I created the lead image for Wednesday's post. It required a couple of steps although if TW wasn't so lazy, she could have done it all in Photoshop. Are you ready cos I'm gonna reveal all my virtual design secrets right here … right now! All you PS experts can have a chuckle at this.
What a busy weekend this is! I'm glad you have time to join me today at my art gallery. I've done an art piece to honor International Box Day and Veterinary Appreciation Day which are today and Father's Day and Garfield the Cat Day which are celebrated tomorrow. All art was done by myself using our new Paint and Sketch actions. Are you ready for some action?
We had quite a conundrum in the condo this week. Our 52 Snapshots challenge was Black. Now you might think that would be an easy peasy one but not. so. fast.
When TW was younger, all her clothing was black. She even dyed her hair black. But she’s mellowed a bit with old age. As far as The Cat, I don’t have any black toys. I don’t think they make black cat toys cos for some reason black represents evil to humans. We had to think up something pronto.
Today I don’t have to do a lot of blog hopping because I already submitted my entry to 52 Snapshots. I am participating in the Caturday Art Blog Hop hosted by Athena and Marie.
I decided to do something a bit different but nonetheless stunning. You know we believe that indoor cats should stay indoors because of all the dangers that lurk outside in the form of dogs, cars, crazy people who would poison cats, etc.
