Can anyone guess what special day today is? This pic might offer a clue or even give it away. Today I'm DJ CK ready to spin some vinyl cos it's Vinyl Record Day! Hooray! I'll bet some young 'uns here have never seen or heard of vinyl records.
The peeps tell me that tomorrow will be the 50th anniversary of the American release of one of Pop's all-time favorite albums. He says we should celebrate the release of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band cos it set the standard for music up to that time. There had never been a rock record quite as ambitious as the Beatles' 1967 lp.
I'm once again taking part in the Saturday Photo Hunt. This one was easy. In fact, it was so easy, I had trouble deciding which way to take it. Blue is my best color after all. My stunning PetFinder pics were taken against a blue background that set off my gray furs perfectly. I love to lay on Pop's blue bamboo blankie and we have so many pics of me laying on it. Finally, Pop suggested a take on an old album cover. I present to you Cathy Keisha—Blue!
